Very good initiative. Appreciate the idea and effort to help people in need during lockdown. Even though I'm here to mark a grevience. Those who have a Samsung smart phone won't be able to open the prescription from doctor. That is what the tech support team has advised when enquired for the prescription. This has to be addressed asap rather than giving it as an excuse since the consultation is not meeting the purpose.
This can be a great app if it is working properly. I tried to book an appointment for doctor in the Lourdes Hospital.Everything going fine till there but when I tried to book an appointment it is getting the message that appointment is not available on that day. It is showing the same thing when I tried to book the appointment for coming week. Then I called the hospital and I got the appointment for very next day within 2 minutes. If this is not fixed it will be a waste of time using this app.
Online OP feature is Not working as expected. I made an appointment with doctor via online op and made the payment successfully. I got token number 4, but the status was awaiting call. I waited for sometime and the status not changed. I was forced to contact customer care and informed the same to them. They collected my contact number and said we will contact you shortly. After sometime got call from doctor (normal phone call). It was totally a manual process happened as the App didn't work.
A great app which makes consulting Doctors so convenient and feasible during this pandemic situation. Bookings are so easy and could consult Doctors within 15 minutes. Only drawback i found here is that i couldn't get the prescription from the app after the consultation. They send whatsapp text to login to the app to get the Doctor's prescription. But i never find such a downloading option. If you could please fix this issue then it would become more user friendly.
Twice I had booked through this app. Once for my aunt (orthopedic) and another for my wife (gynecologists). I was happy that my appointment was confirmed got messages in mobile as well as mail.but on the day of appointment comes the call that appointment is not available and can book for an alternate day. So now what about the leave and other preparations we had made. So it's better try some other app or directly call the hospital and get confirmed booking.
Submitted the Registration form. Registration requires OTP but the OTP SMS never came. Tried to register again next day, the website says the email I D already registered. So I tried to log in with the password I set in the Registration form. Says the account is not active. What the hell! Uninstalling.
WORST EXPERIENCE , during this covid19 situation its not at all safe to go to hospital for a consultation , we have no another choice but to download this app. After got booking and payment the app showed they will contact in 30 minutes, i waited whole 3 days and no response came. The customer service was very poor. Trusted to MANORAMA but the experience was terrible. Never recommend this Application.
Search field itself is a disaster. For every following letter, app is losing its focus from search field forcing the user to select the search field again and again, letter by letter. keyboard disappear in search field after each letter entry.please do some home work before launching...
Booking is a pain. Two times money deducted from My bank but booking failed. The money they haven't refund yet . I tried calling customer care, none reply. Emailed to their customers care , none reply. Worst app to choose from ..
Horrible.. While trying login initially OTP time expires before typing in OTP after checking from email. Second time try to sign up denied citing email already exist... Once denied sign up user is supposed to do it alternate email.. Moreover why the time limit is kept so low in entering OTP.. what is the urgency....
After installing, the app disturbances for Poco launcher in my phone. The system would ask to select default launcher (default launcher was set in the phone) everytime after the memory ilwas cleared. Please fix this bug.
App is not working after login it show please update app. Click update goes to playstore and two options uninstall. & Open. I tried two options but it shows same result. Update new version
A very nice initiative by Malayala Manorama starting this app. As everything is becoming digital now this is a very useful app and saves a lot of time for the patient. Only drawback I found is that app needs more updates and additional hospitals and details in them to make it more helpful to users.
Surprised to see this online OP feature. I was able to consult doctor through video call and I got prescription through the app. One suggestion - will be great if you can improve the registration form UI especially date of birth field.
I cannot open this app. Every time I open this app it says it is not updated. When I go to playstore they say I have the latest version. PLEASE SOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
This app doesn't support video consultation. It's a total blunder. The doctors must have been aware that the app doesn't support video, then why changes haven't been implemented?
Its a wonderful application which brings to its users a great joy because it brings healthcare within your fingertips. Absolutely amazing app with great response time and world class doctors . kudos to the team QkDoc for this innovative idea!
This is a app from malayala manorama.. All knows Purely what malayala manorama shows to their readers, an effectively liar newspaper. And this app, their another way to bluff the people. They look forward only on Profit only..not at all sincere with their customers..Worst app...they are not sure about the availability of doctors, hospitals...cheap app..Trusting in this app lead to wastage of time and money
The new update messed up my launcher! After a lot of analysis, got this culprit!! The developers have no idea what they are doing, i feel!! Zero stars for this!!
The app is very useful one to get appointments . I tried directly in the hospital and got 32nd appointment of a doctor when 5th token was available in Qkdoc, now I use Qkdoc and recommend.. Also the customer care is very good!
I was very happy that I have got my convenient time to see a specialist today. But when I reached hospital before 10 minutes of the appointment time, and shown the app credential to hospital counter they told me that there is no information regarding your booking and also adviced to call their booking department directly instead of online services. I told them I came here this hospital only with this app. Otherways I have to go to other hospital. Pls exclude this type hospitals.
Installed seeing a half page news paper add. Useless app. Not provided any qualification information about the doctors. Waste of time. May be aimed for collecting data....
Don't update the latest version. After update, my phone not working properly. After uninstalled this app and restarted phone- no problem.
I am not able to login for last two days. It is showing incorrwct username or password. Tried resetting password multiple times but even with new password same error is coming.
When I try to login it shows update the app...but in play store there is no notification of update..I am unable to book an appointment..
What an usless app. Time waste. Doctor appointment not showing any date. We call the hospital we got the appointment simple. This app is waste.
They just cheated me! I lost 160/-rs for booking and it never reflected in the apk and the appoiment got cancelled. Just a bunch of theives
Totally unreliable app. Will recommend never to go with this. They cancel the appointment at the very last minute informing the hospital hasn't confirmed my booking. They dont have any responsibility on our bookings and the time lost. This is from my personal experience where I had the booking cancelled at BMH which was booked for my mother at the very last moment..... totally stupid app..!!!!
