No road closures during times of floods?! The app does not show road closures during times of flooding, but does show all speed cameras. Get your priorities straight.
as has been said. useless. the NSW Live traffic app works like a charm with the ability to only see the hazards of your choice. whereas this is just a big pile of bubbles that is impossible to make sense of when looking at a city or condensed area. hire the NSW guys!
App not working is there other ways of getting updates of recently flooded roads. Thanks for replying the app started working properly just wanted to make sure my trip to work would be ok
Great idea for an App. Seems to be missing some speed camera/traffic camera. How can this be reported/corrected?
Don't bother downloading! Roads around me that have been closed for over 2 days due to floods still not showing up as such. Others that are open again, same thing, not shown as open. Yes I relise you rely on local council to supply the info but if they are not prepared to be responsible for up to date info for safe travel or the Department of Transport and money wasting cannot be bothered to use the data you might as well remove the app before someone gets into serious trouble because of it.
Like every app put out by Qld Govt, this is useless and not even worth 1 star. Not a single flooded road is showing, just traffic cameras, and there is no way to turn that off and show road closures instead. The website map is slow and glitchy but at least it is up to date. Uninstalling this trash.
It has not been updated and is therefore dangerous. Trying to find out if it is safe to travel home. Does not tell me if the roads are flooded today because the information is 9 months old. If I hadn't noticed the age of notifications I may have found myself trapped in between flood waters.
Isn't showing any closed roads, which is strange, as there are over 800 roads closures due to the floods. I also couldn't find any cameras that weren't broken, so pretty much a pointless app I guess.
It has potential but the app doesn't have upto date road closures. I'm in a area that has 4 outlets. Three are closed due to flooding for the last two days yet none are shown as closed on the map. My mother inlaw has been evacuated from her motorhome in kenilworth flood yet the map shows all roads are fine. This is meant to be a gov run safety app ?? Geeesh what a concern that is. Don't concentrate on just main centres, there's more to OZ than cities, update it for us fulltime travellers please
App doesn't like to update. Have to turn phone on and off to get rid of history and find more recent info. Also info seems to only be reviewed once a day or twice if you're lucky, especially in rural areas.
We have had road closures due to flooding in the area over the past 24 Hrs, many have since re-opened and some are still closed, and the app shows nothing making it completely useless. Better off using Google maps to see immediately where roads are closed.
Great app for planning routes and alerting drivers of POSSIBLE problems and delays. On longer trips, it indicates problem areas and alternatives, and advises detours. Very helpful when towing a van or trailer. Well done!
Awful - almost dangerously bad. Road closures are simply not accurate, nor up to date. Not great when half of Brisbane is underwater and people are still driving around in torrential rain.
absolutely useless. Plan a route, literally routes you through blocked/closed roads. Even trying to see the route is impossible because it has the route guide line going other places too! I hope the devs didnt give up their day job.
When I get a notification, tapping on it just removes it. I need to get more specific information about where eg on the Bruce Highway, the issue is located, otherwise it is pointless getting the notification
Unreliable, not up to date. Especially after recent flooding event where people wanted to know the current state of the road they wished to travel.
What a useless waste of time and money developing this trash . This isn't a game app is it?, maybe wrongly I presumed it was meant to be a tool that could save lives and prevent people from driving into danger in times like these floods now inQld . Really your duty of care is amazing , wake up do the right thing stop the I'm sorries and we undertands , if you can't fix it pull it off until you can , stop playing games with people . Read the comments .. IT DOESN'T WORK FIX IT OR TRASH IT.
What a pathetic excuse for an attempt to make a traffic app. The map is ridiculously slow and glitchy and renderers it completely uselss. Couldn't expect any better from the QLD Government of course.
Don't bother with it. Downloaded to try find a safe way home for my partner. It's not updated on what is actually open, or closed and it the app kept freezing.
The app works fine, however the information inside the app is not updated regularly and road that are now open remain closed on the app for days after they've been opened. make it impossible to use this app to plan a safe trip.
Useless...looking for flood closures...all I see are traffic cam icons that I cant turn off. Tried query for a simple route home to Coolum...couldnt find a route! Uninstalling 5min later
Does not show alerts. Cannot search for destination. Apple version infinitely better
App gives false reports constantly. App freezes whilst trying to display alerts. It's practically useless.
It's ok. It always get stuck loading incident details when you click on a notification. Rather annoying.
Just opened the, what google is saying is the most updated version of, app. Traffic info is saying last updated a year ago..... epic fail.
Outdated information. The website says roads are open...the app says otherwise. Not much use if the info is incorrect, especially when you direct people to use the app.
