QLess - Queuing Software

This is the worst app I've ever used. Changing the settings requires you to give them your phone number. You cant save queues so if it's full you have to re-search it every time. Searching doesnt work at all either, for starters it's very prone to crashing, but also it searches based on popularity and characters, so you can put whatever school in you want University of Texas will always appear first, and you have to wait for the other 113 results to appear before anything can happen.

The app does not give a full list of options for DMV! So, when you pick one of the current options and get to the desk. The DMV will tell you you didn't pick the correct option and send you back in line to visit a different desk. Total waste of time app until they update to include all options!!! 😡 If you want to make your wait longer this is the app!

Great idea, but the countdown doesn't account for human error (which is impossible, I know). I had two minutes to go for eighteen minutes, which got bumped to eight minutes for the next half hour. Addresses aren't up to date, or verified for accuracy, because it placed my DMV at a local storage unit when I used the app to guide me to my appointment.

Setting an appointment is incredibly easy. Seeing how long the line is is very helpful. Other than that? The app is too bare bones. Canceling an appointment is literally impossible and you can't make a new appointment while you already have one scheduled. Seriously needs fixing.

Its great when it actually works and shows secretary of state as open when its open. they've been open for twenty minutes and yet it shows them as closed still on the app. last time i tried to use it I kept getting booted out of line and wasn't able to even get in to get my tabs done. im starting to think this app is just a waste of space on my phone.

Very convenient usually, but should really communicate some things better. Like when a queue is full, rather than making me think something is wrong with my internet connection, just tell me that it's full.

I use to be able to make appointments, now the app just says no appointments available no matter what I do. I've tried uninstalling, clearing the cache and information and nothing works. It's good to get into line but the convenience of setting appointments are gone, which makes the app practically useless. I'm using galaxy s10+ . I will raise it to 5 stars when I am once again able to make appointments.

It's a good app, but the search function is weak. Every word you add increases the results, making it difficult to find your queue. If it first searched for phrases, or even better let you mark favourites it would be a great app!

I have been on here for 3 hours watching new prompts and literature being added constantly as i recieve the run-around via prompts and more literature. I tried to call and the automated prompter is such a low volume i can barely hear it making me further fell im getting the run-around. I do not wish to recieve a demo or virtual tour. I want to be currently in line progressing foreward.

Love this! Programming hint - take the "th" off the first number in line. Looks dorky when it says 73th out of 98 when it should be 73rd. If you just take the "th" off, it will look way less dorky. Keep it simple. Simple looks better. Thank you tho - love this app!!! 🙂

This app needs some type of confirmation before sending texts to a phone number. Someone installed this app on their phone and mistyped thier number and entered my phone number. So I started getting these weird texts from this app that I never heard of. Fix this so people cant be mistakenly sent a half dozen messages they know nothing about!

Somewhat querky. The queue time jumps around erratically. One minute your 5th in line with 20 minutes and then the next its 32 minutes. Longest 30 minute wait i have ever had, as i was finally called on after 1.5 hours. It also seems to allow others to jump in front of you. I watched it go from 5th in line to 6th on me. Also, don't hit the settings button while actively waiting in queue. The screen goes blank and you risk losing your spot

Awful. I understand the OPTION of using it to avoid long lines. But I would much rather wait in line. specially when there is none. There was only ONE PERSON in front of me and the lady still wanted me to download the app. Terrible. I will be filling a complaint as well.

The app is really helpful. You will be marked in the Que and notified well in advanced before your turn so that you can be at the station right on time without waiting in the Que.

I'm trying to sign up for college classes at NCTC and this app is continuously crashing and freezing my phone. My advisor is no help and insists that they are only using this app for appointments. ..which doesn't work. At all. So frustrating!!!

Old design and terrible at updating in time. This is a basic system used by state governments too dumb to do research and too cheap to find good services. This is an app that youre meant to rely on for being in line but doesnt accurately work so what's the point? Would not recommend

The QLess app is definitely a must when going to the DMV in Pensacola! it makes the experience of waiting so much more comfortable! Instead of standing in line, especially if you have a child with you, you can wait in the comfort of your own car or home until it is almost time to be called. 5 stars for sure!!!

There is no way to check the history on this app after reaching the front of the line. I had an issue in north miami and could not look up my past history to prove I did log in correctly. I also tried the calling qless but got nowhere.

I set my appointment a week in advance at the Idaho DMV, got there 15 mins early (jic) and at exactly my appointment time they called me to the counter. I was standing next to a guy who didn't use the app..and had been waiting 80 mins prior to my arrival...and he was still waiting after I was done and out the door! The count down was spot on as well. Just an fyi..there were 30+ ppl waiting. Great app - thanks!!!

Used it a few times. When it is busy you are going to be waiting but you can wait at home and go later which they let you know when to head there. Today I was second in line and after I checked in I was called in within 5 minutes. Depending on what you are there for it can be very fast or slow. Lots of people there in another line. But I was there for renewing my registration and that line was short.

Very efficient!! Allows for more effective use of personal time. I would recommend arriving 20 min before your estimated time which is sooner than the Qless text reminder. Your place in line can change quickly.

Not a good app has a lot of quirks that make this not work properly. If you are a business thinking about this software you can do better it full of bugs and inefficiencies that make this app not work properly. Until they fix this connectivity to wireless the absolute in accurate counters needing a better AI. Save your money and look for something better until the developers actually hire a true development team and make this app better for everyone.

0 STARS!!!! This has got to be the absolute WORST app available. Been dropped from the que twice. spent almost 3 weeks trying to get in. this app combined with the City of Chicago makes for the absolute worst possible experience. City of Chicago, get your act together, hire more staff and DUMP this horrible company and vendor. do NOT use!!!
