The app will not send me the 3 digit code to sign up, not by text or phone. I've been waiting for hours. 🤷♀️
Get the Dart app unless you're buying the QLine-only monthly pass. SMART/DDOT refuse to honor any passes purchased in this app.
Disconnect from wifi if you don't receive the login code.
Haven't received a code to login, been waiting for a whole 24 hrs
Will not send the 3 digit code to sign up. Text and call form does not work
Can't get a code via text or phone call, whoch means i cant create an account and uae the app
Go to the next bus the app, it will show you where the streetcar is at.
I have a question. Is the QLine ticket good on DDOT? IF SO TELL THE DDOT drivers.
Account required. I just want to see where the next train is and how long I'll have to wait, it doesn't have that.
I thought you could purchase unlimited passes?
The link to see estimated arrival times ("Next Train") is broken, and the Next Bus app that used to have this functionality isn't working anymore. The link for "Ride Guide" also leads to a broken like in the Play Store. In older versions of the app being able to check when the next streetcar was coming was clunky but usable, now it's totally broken.
Not very good. This app only lets you buy tickets. It has NO map of the route and stops. It has NO WAY of letting you know which stop you are closest to. Since you can buy tickets on the website or pay cash on the line this app is pretty useless
I can't read the full notification most times on my phone, because they are too long. It will be cut off in the middle of a word, and if I open the notification, expecting to be able to read the rest, the app dumps me into the Ticket Manager screen.
Next train and Ride Guide links are broken (10/7/17), rendering this practically useless
This app woke me up at 4 in the morning with a notification about... something. The message was cut off in the notification preview on my lock screen, and when I opened the app there was no way (that I could see) to view the entire message. I may not know what the message was, but I do know it could have waited until daylight hours. It's bad enough to be rudely awoken by some Qline news I likely didn't care about, but to not even be able to read what was so terribly important... insult to injury. Plus, there are no in-app options to disable or modify notifications. I have a newborn so sleep is already hard to come by - don't be part of the problem, Qline app.
Should show when next train will arrive
A good transit app has schedules and maps
Route map would be nice....
This app would be better if it had a timer or clock that showed where the streetcars were and how long they would be to the next stop. But the ticket part works fine.
This is a seemless and easy to use app! Awesome stuff!
Won't open on my phone (LeEco Pro3)
This could be better but I like it.
Good for stated
Doesn't allow people from outside US to sign in (ie you need a US phone number). Terrible plan for allowing tourists to use the service easily.
