Worst hippa compliant communication I have seen. Often drops or doesn't deliver messages. Group messages go to broadcast mode that does not allow members to see if message has been addressed. "Archived" messages are automatically deleted from device. This app is dangerous for patient care, strongly recommend alternative if available.
Update: very knowledgeable and helpful tech support. Got my issues squared away. Thanks! To upload documents, I have to have a strong phone signal. It's irritating because I work in facilities that don't.
Qliqsoft has been a fantastic to work with. They have provided us with a HIPPA compliant solution with exceptional service. The application is easy to use and very easy to train staff on. I would recommend anyone looking for a secure messaging platform to explore Qliqsoft. Jolean our accout representative has been exceptional, and helps us in any way possible.
We use this application at work and find it quite handy to navigate transmission of patient information in a secure way. It is a nice communication option to give our staff in the age of the smartphone and texting communication. From what I can see on these reviews, they care about customer feedback too. Every review is addressed. Love to see that kind of customer service passion!
Battery killer. If you don't let the app run continuously in the background, you won't receive new message notifications, but if you do, your battery will be sucked dry. My Pixel 3A has a long and reliable battery, but 4 hours of letting Qliq run drained it by 40%. Normally, that's how much battery I use in an entire 8-hour work day.
my coworkers have apple phones works well. I have a Samsung and this app does not work well. I can not open qliqs, or respond. My list of contacts contains 6 should have over 50.... Jerson has called and the problems have been updated and fixed. He was very helpful.
Worked great on my Note 8, got a note 10 plus. Loads my history. Then asked about battery management and wiped out my history. Not working very well. Won't be able to use it at this point
HORRIBLE, it makes my job so hard to be able to communicate with the nurses, there is no app for us to download it on windows store, and we use windows for work, this STRESSES ME OUT, AND TAKE A TOLL ON MY PERFORMANCE AT WORK.
I was very frustrated at first getting set up and trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Qliq's tech support reached out and talked me through until I was able to use the program.
Excellent customer service in resolving issues with a conflict in accounts. Very pleasant to work with. Have used this app for about a year with no problems.
Very advantageous with business communication. Somewhat difficult to copy, cut and paste.
I wish my company had another option to exchange patient information. This app has a lot of glitches and support seems annoyed that you are contacting them about an issue.
will ruin your phone and drain your battery! killed my Samsung S9+ camera. need to be able to upload photos for my job and this app totally crashed my phone and i had to spend 200$ getting a replacement phone.
App interrupts any screen you are in. Recently messages fail to send and constantly have to restart phone to send messages through.
Can't even log in. Made several attempts and had tochange nt password several times but it still doesn't work. Uninstalled!
Put this app in the trash can and launch it into the black hole of another galaxy...it's the most intrusive and dysfunctional viral software application I have ever encountered in the HIPAA app space.
Functions work reliably and consistently!! But, app shuts off unexplainedly.

Destroyed 2 Samsung galaxy phones of mine! Had to replace them! Have a Motorola it has worked fine on but have to pay 35$a month extra...would be nice to not have to do that. Hey qliq, what's your beef with android? NOT everyone likes i-phones!

Terrible on my phone. Continually asks for access to contacts/photos/personal info despite my clicking "do not ask again," extremely resource heavy and slows the phone down, and bonus round: does not even show me my messages to and from contacts in the office. Just a poor app overall. I'll stick with the windows version on the computer, at least that works most of the time.
