QLIXAR Rewards

Ever since the last update, this app sucks. The only thing it does consistently is crash and make you lose over half your rewards. But apparently the people who made the app have no intention of fixing it because I've submitted tickets with complaints and they haven't even tried to fix the issue. Too bad the rating system won't let you give a zero star rating because that's all it deserves.

This app will not uninstall fr my phone and it's the most annoying BS I've ever dealt with!!!!!! It's stuck on my unlock scrn and I have tried several difft times & ways to uninstall/remove from my phone with NO luck!!! It runs in the back ground constantly using battery/Data!!!! This app came preinstalled & the playstore shows I can uninstall, even though it doesn't work when I press it... Usually if it's an app you cant erase it will say (disable/enable) but it doesn't, & it won't uninstall!

App cant be removed and when disabled re enables itself within minutes. Cust service is impossible to reach with wait times up to 8 hrs and they DONT call back when you select the call back option. Email has gotten me (after 2 weeks) nothing but a copy and paste reply that had NOTHING to do with the issue and was just a run down of service features that also appears on the website. This is just one of those bloatware stock apps that we all know and hate and CANT be removed by intentional design.

Total scam! 3 "Unity" games completed and no rewards. I submitted support tickets. Their response was they are not responsible for the other parties. They make money on the adds that pop up at every aspect of the game. 2 of those games were completely reliant on adds to the point where you get half way and couldnt go more until you click ads. Racial and transgender ads on top. 3 surveys completed and no rewards because I wouldn't give my phone number and address to be sold to other scammers.

It's a fairly good app but the only problem is that it crashes a lot especially when you click on download and earn and complete and earn. Please fix this issue. I have done all your troubleshooting tips and still nothing. Stop telling people to go to the link you provide them when it does nothing. You developers are just slacking on your job by not keeping this app maintenanced and fix all the bugs and other issues.

This is a very dangerous app it needs to be removed from your phone. It will interfere with your other apps constantly and come on when it's not wanted on when it's never wanted on. This app is not able to be uninstalled because it jams up your phone do not use this app. You cannot take it off once it's on.

This app is a complete joke. I have been back an forth with 100 emails trying to get my rewards also have been waiting 4 months.. I have qlink phone service but I'm definitely looking elsewhere!! I just want to add to this because shortly after I received this response Email an me completely stateing several times about the gentleman "Tom" being so kind an running me in circles for months.. First off, this app doesn't work. Second I pay $30 a month for unlimited text talk and data through this garbage company, and they don't tell you that the "unlimited talk text and data plan" has unlimited data that is slower than a dial-up modem. So naturally it would be unlimited considering it would take me a year to use even 1GB. I spent hours on the phone with tech support only to discover that the issue is that their concept of unlimited is to take your money under false pretenses.

A while back I'd of given more stars but lately everytime I try to get into my Qlixar rewards if either says that "I don' either have an account or that my device isnt compartable with it but it had always been. Idk. Plus I've already had to replace my device three times @$25.00 each and each time the phone is the same ones that barely work, I mean I've already paid something like $75.00 on the same older type cheap junk phone, And, most of the time I can not even use it.

Everyone be careful this is spyware and hackware at its finest. Even if you disable the app it will re-enable itself and steal your data even when it has no permissions. I have gotten on to its servers and found out a lot of information in regards to this app. I wonder what people would pay me to see what is really going on here. You cannot fool somebody as tech savvy as I am. The first decent bid that I get and the information is theirs. I don't put up with apps like this.

WHAT IS THE HOLD UP? CLEARLY QLIXAR KNOWS OF THIS PROBLEM, RIGHT? Everyone is having the same problem with the Server Error. It seems like it's an automated machine that is responding to our Reviews not an actual person because if it was they wouldn't just keep telling everyone to go to QLIXAR support. you'd think that you guys would explain that it is a problem affecting everyone and that you are working on it rather than just repeating to everyone the same message telling us to go and email support or look at the support website Are you guys going to do anything about it? how long is it going to take until there is an update that has this bug fixed? It's kind of a bummer because we get told we can get all these rewards with this app but it doesn't let us even use it. i thought it was just me but i can clearly see its everyone. I just want to get the information telling me approx. when the problem will be fixed or if the problem even CAN be fixed because it seems like you guys have known about this issue for a while now. Is it really like a big project or something to fix the server? To me it seems like something that would be quick on your end but at the same time i don't know how much work you guys actually have to do to fix this. I just hope you guys will try to answer my questions

My experience with this app was terrible. Not only was it a scam and a half I now have 10+ spam phone calls a day because I was dumb and gave them permission to use my number. Hoid luck actually collecting any of the rewards. You will end up so far diwn the rabbit hole of bs there is no way you will be able to keep track of who owes you what and when they never gave you your rewards. I can't believe my cell service provider promotes this garbage. Thanks Q-Link. Now where's my tablet?

Horrible false advertising app. No matter how many surveys you complete or no matter how many coins you earn you will NEVER be able to cash out your points EVER!! I have ignorantly trying to do so for the last year with no success or help from the developers either. Faulty app false advertising! Steer clear from this one guys!!!!

I am totally addicted to using this app because of the fact that there's so many different very easy ways that you can earn a ton of free time on your government phone using this very easy to use app. plus on top of that, you can even get tokens for a million really really really good gift cards as well. the one thing that I love about the app is that you can easily enough tokens with no problem whatsoever to hurry up and get the free bundle for free unlimited calling and data. you gotta try this

It slows down my ability to open my phone when it's locked and it keeps putting news articles on my screen. Everytime I open my phone to use it or restart it. * That's irritating to me!! * AND I CAN'T uninstall it and even if I disable it and force stop it! If I restart my phone or it does so on it's own? * It turns itself back on, by re-enableling itself and un-forcing itself from. Force stop mode??? * HOW?????????? *

More bloatware taking up space in your qlink phone. If I knew I would be forced to have this useless uninstallable app on my phone I would not have signed up with qlink wireless. The developer response was that it was a first class news app and does not seem to understand the concept of wanting to choose what apps are your phone. Unwanted is still unwanted if you didn't have a choice in selection. Add an uninstall feature please. Not everyone wants to receive unsolicited news bulletins.

Completely unusable. App crashes and I can't even register my account. Vector Holdings, I suggest fixing your app before copy/pasting your standard response, like on all the other poor ratings here. Clearly there's a massive issue on YOUR end, and it's been this way for a while.

Cannot get past the start screen. I click start and it flickers and then it keeps popping up the start screen over and over. I have no access to get beyond the start area. When I'm in other apps, it pops up continuously on its own and causes the app I'm in to crash.

I emailed the development team of my issue, twice. I didn't get a reply back via my email or via phone, even though i included my phone number to the developers. The app states failed to connect to server. Other reviews I read for this application, users state the same issue. So, 9lease be aware this application is on fictional to me.

this is FORCED into your phone by qlinkwireless.. it is impossible to get rid of it if you have a qlinkwireless phone along with about 10+ more apps.. the government and/or google needs to investigate this app and/or company.. this software forces itself to popup everytime you first turn on your phone just to show you an ad.. and when you close the window, it forces itself open again a 2nd time.. if you have a 911 emergency, you're going to be out of luck.. this app needs BANNED..

You can't even log into their server to use this app. Every attempt says the same thing that details that there is a problem on their end and failed to log into the server. It's basically a waste of space and junk…

Surveys are the easiest way to rack up points. This is the one of those RARE apps that really does give gift cards (& other rewards which I haven't tried.) Other apps promise cash or gift cards, but NEVER deliver on that promise. Worse yet, they have minimum payouts so you only learn about their empty promise after lots of time & ads. This app is different! There is still a minimum payout but you can reach it in about 1 - 2 hours.) I always get the Amazon gift card but there are others.

You can't un-anything this app. It's like a cockroach, you can't kill it. Even on disable the with no permissions, with no background data, clear cache, clear data, force stop and selecting "no" to auto update, it will come back the next day.

The app is great, its easy to earn points. My problem is my phone doesn't have enough free space to run it smoothly. Other more important apps fail when space gets that low

BAD APP!! It's just full of those same old annoying surveys that are really just companies trying to target market but call everyone whether you put yes or no to the question. And add spam to your email. Annoying. And they falsely lure you into thinking they will give you a reward for continuing to the end. They don't give you anything, they just want to sell you services or items. Waste of phone memory DO NOT DOWNLOAD

I have no use for this app. It burns up my data. I don't have much data to work with and this app does no work so I'm uninstalling it. It's twin uses much more data and it doesn't do any work for me that matters. Qlixar News app. This two apps wast my data.

Everytime I try to play a game I can never ever play it to Long before I am kicked off the game I try to get back on every time I'm kicked off I know this phone is very cheap but it doesn't have to much data or much storage to it and with them having not much data they try to put a lot of games on it that takes up a lot of data

Can not delete. Y'all want a 5 star app. STOP forcing this mess on people. Most of us don't want it and are forced into to keeping it. Every single time I disable or delete it, lo and behold, there it is. Like a growth that you can't get rid of. I WILL NEVER GIVE A FORCED APP 5 STARS!!!!!!!

Garbage. It adds an extra step to unlocking my phone. It wastes more data than it has the potential to earn. That's not even to mention the provasive advertising. Don't bother installing it.

This app was on my phone without my permission I dont know why I never wanted the app in the first place app that was uploaded to my phone without my permission after I received the phone and factory reset it again I did not request this app on my device. Once again it pops up and doesnt allow me to access my phone unless I unlock it from the app after I already unlocked my phone. Also it doesn't show up when you bring up all background apps. If this continues again I will seek legal action. Ty
