Very poor design and not alot of options. And it crashes every single time you click on the map. In addition, it's only in English
Very slow in opening, gets hanged at the starting screen. Restarted multiple times. Needs lot of improvements. Compared to other insurance companies QLM app is really slow and old fashion.
Pathetic app. Pathetic service. No finger print log in, app unresponsive, sluggish connection.
The documents attachments for claim and appeal are always failing. Desastre app!

It's hanging an initial stage screen itself after installing, not even couldn't go to home page
Program keep icon rotating in the start , untill you go to application setting storage and clear the cache and data, after that you have to login again with your id/pwd again. The problem you have to do so every time you are planning to use the app which is not practical and logical. Please fix as no more physical cards received and we need to show our cards through the app.
Cannot paste my complex password. This is 2020 - people use password managers to create complex passwords and not being able to paste them from my password manager requires to use a second screen - at which point I can as well use my computer to go to the website. Useless this way and built with a completely wrong idea of IT security.
Terrible app. When I launch the app, the logo keeps rotating but the app fails to start! Re-started the phone but to no avail. This app used to work ok few months ago, I hope QLM app technical team will pay attention to this problem especially that so many people made similar comments on this app.
Can not open app. QLM logo keep on rotating but app not opening. App need to uninstall and install again then it will work one time only. Again and again do the same. If any one don't want to uninstall/install then in app information clear memory data all the time when want to use this app. Anyhow this app is not working properly.
Outdated information in app. Provider search needs to be improved extensively (not user friendly, improper information, difficulty in finding required doctors or clinics, etc). Also lags a lot.
I had the same logo rotatiting issue, just uninstall and re-install app, it is working fine now.. Update: It works one time after reinstall and again same issue, reinstall and it will open one time without rotating logo. Again issue when you access 2nd time..
16 February 2022. This app alwaya error. Can't be openned. Unable to submit document and reimburse the claim

Very very poor response.Waiting more than 40 minutes. To connect customer care services from ISD call. When it's connected to customer executive, wthin 8 seconds disconnected twice. 80008800 Toll free number not working. If there is an option minus star. I prefer minus 5 star.
It doesn't work properly. It keeps rotating. When unstalling it then installing it again, it works ONLY for one time. So this process is boring and workless.
The app is not operating properly as I have to download it everytime to get it working for only one time and do the process again, and following up on payments like optics is really slow with no real action.
Unusable.. not much to review if the app doesn't move past the initial splash screen. Quite shameful to launch an update without having done quality checks.
Not stable. Freeze at splash screen. I believe QLM need to get a new team managing your app. Quality is very bad. Considering QLM is respected insurance company. This bring bad image to QLM services.
The app only works once then you have to uninstall and re-download. QLM what are you doing about this?? Why are so many people complaining and you appear to be doing nothing to solve the problem. Come on, get the issue sorted
U can only open it once afterwards if u want to open then u have to delete the app and reinstall. Easily the worst app.
Need to keep uninstalling and installing the app every time I want to check someting. It's been working fine previously but now it's just getting on my nervs.

Almost impossible to open this app. Most of the time there is service error. Maybe some update of the software will be a good option

Most pathetic app,, closes on its own.. everytime u claim, the attachments are always deleted on its own. Huge glitch in this app which they don't want to understand. They will say there is a problem with your phone or software. They have just made an app for the sake of having an app. Ot doesn't reduce ur load, actually increases and your claims keeps on hold due to the glitches in app. No one addresses it.
