Terrible app! Cannot login after you've created an account, always stays network connection is not good both on WiFi and mobile Internet. Difficult to. Set up, instructions /guides written in bery poor English. Can access cameras by clicking loginfree but this only works over WiFi at home which is pointless. Appears to be no proper support for the app.

Doesn't work anymore. shows fails to connect for 2 months now. Uninstalling it.

Hi all app is now working With no problem my advice is to get some one that knows about dvr systems to set it up this was it will work hope this helps .

I need help won't let me see my cameras on the phone while on other network. Only conect while on home network.

I am unable to view my camera from my phone. It stop working. What is the problem. I am going to check on quality control and let them know how defective this product. Unable to see anything on my phone while I away from my home. What to know if we have any legal recourse toward this company. This was a waste of my money

You need to send out a bug fix or an update. Too many persons are having the same issues with this app... I bought two one for home and the other for work the app is not working this is ridiculous. Be urgent in improving the app...Update....I cannot connect and gets an error each time

Give alot of errors and so heavy in transfering the data and voice and every few days problem with qmeye server and no one we can talk to him ..very very bad services

Update created user name error and won't let us sign in and hasn't worked in a month. Dissatisfied to say the least.

Ok... everything worked well until some time ago. Now it works only locally. I thing I will need to change my equipment because of this :(

I tried to connect, but it shows network connection problem. I did restart my phone. I tried to connect with my Wi-Fi I tried to connect with with my mobile network. Also did this app.uninstall and reinstalled I Did tried all possible ways to use this app. But after all only one standard message network connection problem.

Literally not working. Never connects for months now. Bad connection error try again later.

Always gives error. Fails to connect 100% of the time. Horrible protocol has been updated and company steals money by selling camera system with no support.

Really loved it,but new version made us unhappy,as failed to connect everytime for all dvrs we installed.please do needful asap or else you know the public.

Very worst App. I am a CCTv technician. More than 4 Clients using the same app. all are same issue network problem. but working in wifi network but not in outer area. I will 0 stars for this app. Go for branded like hikvision or dahua instead of this waste products.

Please fix this app asap. It failed to connect since two week ago.

Never lets me connect. Says not a good connection. Also says server failed.
