Qmix-UC

This app will absolutely not connect with my StudioLive 32. I have the router set up correctly, my computer connects just fine with UC Control. But my Android phone won't connect. It shows the board after scanning, but when trying to connect, I get the spinning signal and it never connects. Is there a fix?

Permissions get reset every time I open the app. I'm constantly having to reassign permissions to all the clients of the soundboard . not a useful app. The clients constantly get dropped from being connected to the board. We're all on Android

I lose permission every time I re-open my app. Unusable. PreSonus has a history of releasing software updates that break functionality and never fixing them, just look at the release notes. This is across multiple Android Devices.

Used it for months, no problem, but THEN... Started kicking me off the permissions list every time I closed or backed out the app, which is extremely frustrating and completely unworkable in an on-stage situation. Not cool.

I have been having problems with this app lately. it's been 3 months since I've been able to appropriately use it, because when I turn it on go sign me in but then immediately kick me out and it'll say something about permissions. I don't know what suddenly changed.

Since 3/30/19 the app isn't functional. In the fader view the channel outline boxes are visible (including group colors when enabled) but there are no faders visible, so you cant adjust anything or even see the current level of each channel as usual.

Was working fine before the update, now permissions are reset with every open. Luckily I keep the last two apps at all times. Reverted to last version, no problems after that.

Was loving this app until the update. Same problem as everyone else, dropping permissions. Will be updating firmware on board (SL AI 32) to see if this helps... we are a few versions behind. PLEASE ROLL THIS BACK UNTIL PROBLEM HAS A SOLD RESOLUTION!!

I was experiencing many of the same connection issues I've read in other reviews on here until i figured out that my phone will connect flawlessly if i just turn my cell data off. Presonus should add this little tid-bit to the app description and save it's users a lot of frustration.

It drops permission settings as soon as they are given with this most recent update. Works fine on iPhones but works terribly on an Android device.

Was great until the last update. Now I and the rest of the group keep getting dropped. We reconnect and in less than 5 minutes we all get dropped. Very frustrating.

Will not hook up to mixer. I have installed and uninstalled a zillion times. My phone will not even show up in the "permissions list". Help!

Bought a $2300 mixer and all I got was this lousy app. But seriously - Presonus loudly promotes their digital consoles but leaves us with an app that literally does not function. It won't even bring up our mixer 4/5 of the time. How pathetic, and quite honestly embarrassing.

Crashes as soon as you open it. Worked fine a week ago, but now can't even open it. Used with Studio Live 32 Series iii.

We use this app at church for wireless personal mixers I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ this app only worked 1 time on my phone. everybody else has a iPhone and it works perfect. might just be for iPhones

Next to worthless. Like everyone else has reported, drops permissions if you don't keep app active on the phone/tablet. not ready for real world use

Update 3-14-19 thank you Presonus, this update fixed it! Previous Warning: Do not install update first of February 2019! The Android app now crashes immediately. Worked great on Lenovo Tab 10 using Android 6.0.1, kernel 3.10.49 until this update, can't see what your new version is. However, version 2.6.0.49920 is working on my LG-V20 using Android 8.0.0 and kernel 3.18.71. Presonus, until fixed, please make the previous working version available on your web page and let us know, if possible.

This is GARBAGE!! App runs on one Galaxy phone and drops permissions and will not even run and crashes immediately on another. What junk!

Usually won't even connect to the board. IF it does, the connection drops only moments later.

Does not ever connect to the mixer - have tried multiple times with 2 mixers, where many others with iPhones can connect.

Having the same connection drop issue. Presonus forums dates this problem as far back as 2015. As of this post, Jan 6th 2019, this appears to not be resolved by Presonus. Same here, after upgrade all the android devices (about 5) get dropped every time they connect. Must fix ASAP. This is annoying!!!

works well when it does not freeze up but over all if they keep improving it is good. wish it had more eq controls built in

It was working well but now I am having some issues with it connecting/findging my network so, I can't adjust my volume or see anything .
