The app is crashing more than usual now, and Im totally unable to log into my account because of too many errors and crashes in the app. Its really very inconvenient!
Easy to use interface yet has everything under your fingertips also very secure I've used many other banking apps but this one is by far the simplest most compact it really helps cut down on bank visits and customer service calls great job for the developer and the designer amazing work 👍
Useless app, lots of bugs and lags, you can't do anything from it, no money transfers, no transactions receipts.. chat support is not working.. you only can checking your balance from this app Poor customer service.
Very poor and outdated app, the data updates shows 13days ago not up to date, all new transactions shown on hold. Last availabel updates was dated feb2020 very bad service and experience as usual from qnb
It's a horrible experience, the fingerprint feature doesn't function. And the screentshot feature isn't available 'i know it's for security reasons' but it shouldn't be in all pages. And it's 3 days and the app doesn't access to my account and i had to open it -every time- from the browser.
I like the features that this app gives but please work on your bugs. I haven't been able to log into my account for days
I would have given you zero stars if possible. Worst app experience on my device. I terminated my account in the bank because of this app.
We need more care about the features, chat support is not available.lags everywhere, I literally just use the app to know my balance....... Other features are not available to be used for me.
It's a poor app, no real internet banking: only checking your account status and few personal services. complaining concerning a specific issue failed to work out. You cannot do any transfers or payment transactions to another account in an external bank or even in the same bank. I wish this app to be improved in order to be adequate to the daily use and save the hassle to go to the bank.
Worst app I tried to login and it keeps giving me invalid username/password and tried to contact call center with no result, worst experience ever
This is a horrific application. I tried as many times as I can to just log in and check my balance, however It didn't work. Please update it.
Edited: I gave it only one star now as the app doesn't work probably at all. The login sometimes works and other times no. It's slow and has very limited features. I can only view my accounts and transfer money between them. Transfer money to other accounts is essential feature which only possible via the website which is not user friendly. I hope you improve the mobile app for better user experience for your customers.
It needs development for a faster response and a more user-friendly experience. "Cards" doesn't show my VISA debit when clicked but "No card data found" instead! "Chat" is terrible. "ATM/Branches" makes the whole app crashes. Seriously, QNB ALAHLI? This app is a disgrace. Better remove it all together or developing a new decent one.
The app was down for 3 days and the cs takes forever on the waiting, I've been on the waiting for one hour and 30 minutes, even my nearest branch is too crowded!!!, Gonna cancel my acc soon ❌
So bad i can not access to my account by any mean ,even the telephone service is so bad no one answer me ,wasting time and energy to get a simple information.
The app only shows very limited transactions, so I have no history of my purchases. It doesn't tell how much you should pay to avoid interest on credit cards like other prestigious banks do. What a rip off.
Using this app to log into my account is a nightmare!! Wasting time and wrong data !!!!
Plz support ,, I can't log in to my account !!!!!!!! and I can't report about it on the app and when I call customer service,, it took ages and no one answer at the end !!!!!!!
It's a good experience and and to the point, all I have to do I can get it, but it's only 4 stars because its missing some navigation basics and some arrangements in the app to handle user experience better to avoid navigation confusion.
I have more interactive and easy apps for orher banks ... you need to add local transfers with the ability to add beneficiaries on the app. with other banks swift codes and bill payments within the app. Update: doesnt work since last android update! Android version 11
It doesn't login at all.. when I try to login it tells me that there is a new update and when I click to download .. play store opens and nothing happened so please fix this issue.. Update : issue has been fixed.. UPDATE 2: APP NOW didn't login it tells me Error in processing the request.. Please fix it ASAP
I registered myself and it went successful, yet when i try to log on i get "error processing request" message every time, even changed the password and tried still the same thing. When i called your support service all they said that the servers are down save they don't know when will things get up and running, which i find very inconvenient answer. A whole day has passed and i still can't log in to my account.
