It's very sensitive and it is hit or miss whether it will actually like the check you are trying to deposit. Very frustrating to have a clear and perfect picture of the check only for them to tell me the amount doesn't match what I put in or that since you tried to deposit it a few times without them accepting it , there is an error and they can't deposit it. I would give it one star for this, but there have been times it worked so I gave it 2 stars
I use it for everything, depositing checks, autopay, transfers, pay-a-person. It's very easy to use. And QNB is the best bank around. Never bank at WELLS FARGO
I unistalled the app and downloaded the new app and it's still telling me to install the new app. I'm going to TD bank, at least their app works!!
it's definitely getting better! For some reason when I try to deposit a check the picture goes blurry and says it cannot read the check even when my hands are steady the lighting is good. It just always goes blurry every time I click the capture image button. Please fix!
Absolute junk, there is literally nowhere in the app, the website, or even on a statement to get your checking account number. Kind of need this info to sign up for direct deposit and other things. Horrible experience.
OK. Gets the job done. I wish QNB would stop forcing us to update our passwords. Research has shown that security is actually reduced by having to constantly update passwords. If you are using fingerprint login, updating the app with the new password is very cumbersome.
The app has become too slow to load up. It is horrible! Fix the problem! I am sitting right in front of my router for WiFi and the app still does not load up. I don't want to have to go the bank every time I have to make a deposit. This is ridiculous! The app doesn't even deserve 1 star!
This app functions well, easily changing from one screen to another. Transferring money between accounts is accomplished with ease, too. I don't use Bill Pay so I cannot evaluate it.
I have never had any issue with this App. I work in support for another company with a mobile banking app, so I know what kind of issues can happen. This app is slick, has every function I need, and has worked flawlessly for me.
App is awful. It just hangs when you need to change your password instead of giving you any information. QNB's password requirements are horrible outdated, with a maximum length of 15 characters, and you're required to change it far too often against modern security standards.
I absolutely love this app! I tell everyone that asks me if I want my receipt, "No, I have this app on my phone for that!". Although, I haven't been able to log in for about a week now, which in quite an inconvenience, actually. I tried updating my app and it didnt help. If the app is down for maintenance, it would've been nice to know.
Good to see my accounts all in a pie chart but the biggest problem I have is the way they force me to change my password every year making it A guessing game on what it is this everytime I have to login to the app on a new device.
Keeps telling me I'm an authorized to access this resource and gives me a reference. I called and talked to the bank and they said oh we can give you a four digit code to give you access to. I said I can do that myself by changing my password which I've done now for different times in the past 3 weeks. this is ridiculous why doesn't anybody fix this problem they said oh we've been having problems with that for the past 2 weeks will fix it then.
QNB has been the best bank I've had in all my 48 years. They offer a good selection of products and services and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Their online platform and the Android app offer everything the modern banker could want - simple, yet effective.
A very helpful app, I've only just started using the mobile check deposit but it has already helped me save time. If you have a QNB account you should definitely consider downloading the app!
Worked great the first few logins. Now it says I'm not authorized to acess... but if I change my password, I can get in. If I log out, and try and to back with the new set password... says unauthorized 🤦♀️ the only way I can get in, is to change the password...wth???
The QNB is great, the only issues I've ever had was when it's down for maintenance. Very user friendly and doesn't crash.
god I loathe the idiots who made this app, zero stars please? fix now!!! EDIT (app was just updated, literally two minutes before I type this, still can not login or use the dang thing without reinstalling every single time I want to use it...)
never have a problem, love the UI and the finger print option for faster log ins.
Straight forward and easy to use. it would be handy to add a branch locator and hours feature.
rather nice platform to work with. ran into a few glitches along the way. mostly with logging in. but a great app for consumers
I only use the app to check on my account balances, but I love how debit transactions show up immediately so you always know your exact balance.
this app was fantastic until recently. now I have to uninstall and reinstall each time. please fix the problem.
Keep me logged in doesn't work but...all else great!
So far I like it better than logging in on line .. it's easy and quick .. I don't have to look through bookmarks anymore .. Thank You
rarely ever works, tech support chat was completely unhelpful. I wish I didn't have to use this app to check my bank info...
This app is user intuitive. I never have a problem. I enjoy cashing check through it instead of a bank
have to uninstall/ reinstall for Every use.... was not always the case. using note 9 on T-Mobile.

My experience with QNB is always easy. I call and the problem is never as difficult as I thought it was. Good on ya mate! 🤗 If I do have trouble it's quickly resolved.
