Very bad experience lately. Everytime i log in it gives me this message after 1 or 2min of loging. ( cannot connect to server, please try again later), although my connection to internet is perfect. I tried using other android phones it is the same problem. When using iphone this problem doesnt exist at all.
1. Please add receipts by email for international transfer 2. Please add customer support chat. The Whatsapp chat only provides automatic information only. People travel a lot and are not always possible to call the bank from roaming 3. TAP Pay is not very smooth; you do not have to keep the app running in the foreground as many times I tap and a countdown appears but no payment is established, better to make a separate app only for Tap pay like other banks with biometric identification.
I do not like this application it is very far away from other international Banks mobile applications. Every time I receive a notification i have to logon to the app which is not the right way. Please check other banks how they are doing it.
Below par banking app with failure messages everytime. It's always a showstopper when I use this app especially for the fund transfer.
Works as intended until recently where the fingerprint reader no longer works or even shows up in the settings. I had just recently updated to Android 12.
Not the best user experience when it comes to the UI. Also, ever since the update a month or two ago, there is an incessant, uncloseable notification in the notification drawer saying "Application is running in foreground". I believe this is a bug. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
Edit: Why QNB keeps their App running on foreground even if not in use or when you reboot your device. That is reallylnot needed. Please fix your app. App needs system maintenance and upgrade. Whenever my phone restarted or booted up it keeps running on the background without even opening it. I am resolving the issue by going to the app settings and forcing it to stop. Installing and uninstalling won't help. Good app, snappy but needs improvement.
Its been a week I'm trying to get an appointment to collect my debit card, and always message appears, server is busy or no data found Kindly solve this issue asap, my card is expired already so disappointed with such a big bank like you for a simple issue we cant reach you out, trough your chat
Excellent application, very easy to handle/transfer funds and very user friendly.
It's bad, it's worst app, need to change the mind, for example today I am unable to add benificiry, daily 6 hours maintenance, also full week I can't add new benificiry

No biometric login???! I just switched to Android, and I'm astounded to find that I have to manually enter my password to login every time! I would've thought more options were incorporated within this platform, not less 😐
I have been using this app for about a year without any issues. I tried to use it few days ago. Pop message appears as phone does not meet security requirements. I checked the phone and it is running on android 9. I am not sure what's the issue. I would appreciate if this could be sorted.
It's an excellent app; however, it stopped working after upgrading to Android 9 on OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 7 pro. Also, tried to send an email to the development team, and it seems that the email you put here is not working!
QNB Has the worst apps and websites I have ever used. Their stuff is just glitchy. It takes minutes to send authorization pins and by the time the arrive on my phone or email they are no longer valid. Also where is the PayPal transfer on the app??? It's on the website buy not the app. Why? Totally useless.
I was able to use it for 2 months, however, after it, this app no longer working on my phone (Samsung A9).I do not understand why. I called QNB and informed them about it, I thought I was the only one experiencing this problem, but after reading these comments I found out many of us did.It is not advisable to use my other phone (even it is mine) when accessing mobile banking (that is the advice of their agent). QNB app must be installed in only one phone and link to my authorized simcard.
Honestly, the app needs to be updated, too much glitches, and also the fingerprint login doesn't work. Even i already enabled it on settings. I don't know if it's because I'm using a android device but according to them android devices devices are supported.
Very bad banking they don't have answers for the problems happen in their transfer system only they know how to charge their fees blame the clients last time using it...
Excellent. Does everything and more. UI could use a bit of polish, but that doesn't affect the rating at all. Function over form. Ahlibank in comparison is rubbish (as a Bank & an app)
A good app but whenever I try to transfer money through WU it doesn't allow. I believe the main reason of this is us to make transactions easy for the customers not to make it more complicated.finding it difficult to use it now.
This App is good but everytime i login it crashes once or twice to be able then to login on the second or third attempt. (Happens with several friends and contacts so not a phone issue)
Unstable, bug ridden and always problematic.
The app asks me to enter my credentials everytime I open it and it sends a 4 digit code to allow signing in, despite of choosing the option "remember me" and also using a phone with fingerprint feature. I recall it was easier to use a year ago
Very poor. Bad customer service at branch & an app which is worse than any beta version.
Just check what some digital banks are doing please (Revolut, N26 etc...). The app is old and very slow. Why no fingerprint recognition ? Overall most services still need to be done in a branch which is at least 15 years behind the top tier banks. A pity for a bank that offers good cards and good services overall but is stuck in the 20th century.
Benefiary previously added on the qnb online website version are not visible or found in the app. Yet when I try to add them. They said they already exist. Conclusion is that despite the long wait for the app. It came out with the most important feature which is making transfers to outside accounts. So please fix this error as soon as possible. For other things it looks really nice as a'd design and biometric logins. Great work on that
