I have tried updating the eKYC but it stops when it reaches the phone number verification section . It ask for otp but despite of innumerable attempts,I never succeeded in receiving a otp on my ph. Tried changing 3 handset still the same.called the customer care number of the ph number provided but till now no result. I have even mail the support but no reply yet. Please help
It is not working. After I put my father's mobile number to get the OTP in 5 steps verification process it is not working. I have clicked on the 'Proceed' option many times but some number e.g. EZ_000027 is showing below the number
App is awesome, but i am unable to complete kyc process. When i upload the pan card details after that app is getting crashed. I have tried 3 times but still app is getting crashed.
Have Airtel No, trying since last 3 hours, unable to receive OTP itslef for mobile verification..!!!! Is there a issue with this app or Airtle..???
OTP not received, doing Signature is very difficult without any special device like S Pen or Apple Pencil which maybe incompatible with other phones.
Cannot update my bank details.. Everytime i tried it says try after 24 hours. It is still not working even after trying for many days.
I didn't get OTP I have tried many times but problem not solved. Kindly look in to this.
When i upload my pancard its failed. Only showing message is " maximum trials exceeded" even after 48 hrs.!!!

Very responsive easy to use and very happy with this concept of completing the KYC.
This is app is good but getting crashed while doing verification with id i.e. at third step of verification.

Not able to log in with my IR id and Password.. using the IR id for which I want to complete the KYC.
Not working wrong user name password. And same user name password work in qnet app

Not at all login in. Tried many different days, many different time of days., with various phones and internet connections. No avail. Visually it looks good
