Recently having issues with items that are in the shopping cart. Process kept reverting to original price and when update or refresh the item, it would kept being in the confirm item dialog. Very irritating and have to exit and entering to get the item price updated. Backroom pls fox the issue.

Been using Q10 for many many years but now considering deleting and will stop using the platform. I just received expiring supplements that I almost started to eat. I always assume in Singapore sellers in reliable store wouldn't sell expiring supplements as it is dangerous so I am very shocked today. Q10 should have always checked their sellers' practice and not allow anyone use their platform. I chose to shop at Q10 thinking this is much more reliable shop. In the past Q10 was reliable.

Prices are competitive, quite similar to other e-commerce. Fun part is the Q lounge. I usually order frozen food items and toiletries from this site. Most of the times I use Qexpress service though once the glass frame was broken. this is one of the cheapest delivery in town.

Pricing are not transparent. We only know the actual price after going through many individual selections just for each product before the final price will be shown. Wasti g lots of time when we discovered that the prices are too high and decide not to buy. Hope Qoo10 will revise its app to show transparency of products pricing like shopee nad lazada apps.

You should atleast save a copy of what we type during request for delivery so when we accidentally refresh the page it won't be lost, and we type all over again! The Agree checkbox is also missing once you accidentally refresh the page. Stupid app! Very slow!!

Very disappointed! I have been using this app for a few years. Too many updates. Very messy! Items are getting expensive. Even shipping costs are increasing tremendously. I was surprised that, recently there is an additional amount charged for delivery based on distance upon check out. So ridiculous! Nowadays discount coupons can't even utilize. AliExpress & Shopee are so much better, in terms of prices & low cost of shipping.

Not recommended to use this platform on anything. They couldn't afford to organise any event. They would restrict your account without even any valid evidence. Just claimed by them. Terrible service. Never even think of using the quube coins. More like a scam. Furthermore, things here are not cheap compare to other platform.

Platform cheats buyers on refunds - When seller cancels on you without notice, the platform does NOT refund the full amount. It deducts some of the refund if the cart contains other items. Dishonourable platform.

Poor Customer Service. When I chat with the Live agent onmy problem, it takes a while to respond back. I suspect the agent is multi-tasking between a few customers. After telling her the problem with the app which will affect Qo10 customer sales because no payment can be made, I was given a pdf and ask to approach Helpdesk. Instead of helping forward my case, I was pushed to another department. I am not going to be bothered if you are not. You can say bye bye to this long term VIP customer.

Fix your deals system. Your coupons are worthless since basically all the sellers take advantage of your "coupons cannot be applied to discounted items". No, the items are not discounted. The prices have been inflated to make customers think they're getting a discount, when in fact they are not. Need an example? Why are there shops selling a Nintendo Switch at a "discounted" price throughout the year? Discount periods should be controlled. Such a simple problem, yet it's unsolved for many years.

I love using the app but recently there's a problem in the system where I don't seem to be able to receive accurate data of the status of things I brought (the status is always "shipping requested" or "on delivery" but the stuff have arrived earlier) it's not accurate. Usually is quite accurate n detailed. I hope u can fix it.

Very useful shopping site/app. But it's just too messy as there are too much info and options on every selling page. U wanna buy 1 item, but u need to open 1 page where there are 20 items to go through. same for the main pages of the site. U wanna go through ur own details, rewards, points, coupons but there are too much options and links. pretty complicated unless u're savvy or a regular user. a more straightforward website/app would be AliExpress. nonetheless, this is a useful shopping app

After updating today, the apps kept reporting that my postal code and address do not match but the fact is that I've given the correct address. As such, I just couldn't proceed to finalise my order. I know that GPS has a problem locating my block and it tends to identify one block only at my condo. However, the apps should allow manual input. Did not have this problem previously. Very frustrating.

Awesome. Just need to be competitive in terms of adding vendors that cater unique types of product availability when compared to other estores. Things that don't have to be expensive, but offer variations in everyday items, international brands that are unique, and not the types that are readily available like i can find downstairs at any convenient store or supermarket or shopping mall.
