Update 15 Dec. Thanks for the action and I am getting back my favourite stickers! Update 15 Dec Been advised to update the app to version 2.7.6 but there is no approach to update, as the version in play store remains 2.7.5, and no option to update too. It seems that the problem is still not solved despite the update, that when I click on the sticker I still get the error message. Hope that this problem can be solved soon.

Awesome app. Awesome customer service. This guys are the beast. I once downloaded and it doesnt seem work at first. I talked to them and they right away patched with new updates and whole thing is working perfectly! As of 6/23/2021 this app works perfectly!

I've been using Qoobee free stickers for a long time and I love it. I've just purchased a pack in order to support the developer. My problem is I can't add the paid sticker pack to whatsapp just like free stickers. It says "Error, you already own this" when I try to add. I'll update to 5 stars when my issue resolves. Love the stickers and animated ones, Qoobee is very cute. However my purchases have not transferred over. On my old android phone I purchased all of the packs, yet on my new phone none of them came over and it wants me to buy them all again.

Stickers are cute but the animations for some stickers are too fast (giggling, laughing, scratching, sticking tongue out, sleeping and rolling).

Why I need to reinstall for so many times, I have bought some of packs, but it always lost and need to reinstall again and again.. Kindly fix the bugs

All of the stickers are not free. If all were available without fee then would have been a fantastic app.

The app worked flawlessly for me. I would love to have animated stickers like the ones available on the website and on Facebook Messenger (even if they are paid).

Please I hope you'll make all the stickers are free or adding new free QooBee stickers. I love QooBee so much but unfortunately only 3 stickers pack are free and that is so heartbreaking asf. I hope you'll can fix this and make an improvement. Thanks.

The icons are perfect cute but they are not moving..its best if the icons can move according to the expressions..well done & tqvm guys for the free downloads..

Stickers not adding to my whatsapp. If i am click the add to whatsapp button then nothing will happen. Nothing is working in the app

QooBee is so cute, love the stickers, hope to have more themes can be chosen from. I will use QooBee stickers at all times…

Same issue as others are facing.... not able to add paid stickers to WhatsApp.....shows error " you already own it""" .... fix it!

hi i couldn't open the sticker,when i click on the sticker on my whatsap, always appears retry😭 😭😭 some of it i paid😔i miss the sticker..is there any way to make it work on my whatsap?

I already updated the app but still can't add the stickers to my WhatsApp because of the 'you already own this' error. Sad

Latest update fixed the "you already own this item" issue for me. Great app and support from the dev.

It's not working. It suddenly disappeared in my whatsapp when I already paid for it.

Why Happy 03 only got 15 stickers and yet still have to pay the same price as the other sticker packs that have 30 stickers???
