Dear qourier, though not always but I've worked with you for quite a long time, sending parcels, documents and stuffs. But now it just says they'll send verification numbers to my phone and yet there's no message received. I can't even log in now
got stuck at select delivery timing. unable to proceed. so as good as cant use the app at all to send documents or parcels.
The company is not doing well guys. I completed a few jobs that amount to $100+ in 2019 and the head of the company sent out an email saying that they are low on funds, hence, they can't pay out the salaries. A promise was made to pay everybody once they have gotten more funds from investors but it has been 5-6 months since and still no updates.
i enter different pickup n delivery address. but it keeps telling me pivkup n delivery address cannot be the same and does not allow me to proceed. just so annoying.
Lousy app. So much bugs. Waste so much time troubleshooting. Staff is helpful though
Can't even get past the registration page. Says I will receive six digit code sent to my phone number but no message ever appear. 👎🏼
Is the company still running? Attempted to login since forever, kept asking for mobile no. but never receive any OTP at all.
Delay in payment for over a month with many excuses that they r facing financial difficulties! U have collected payment from customers yet u don't pay ur quorier ppl who send.. very ridiculous!
Late payment payout to the person doing deliveries. Time and sweat wasted. Poor reputation after all bad experiences.
When try to login with mobile number, always prompt Username is not allowed in this system.
It's not even giving a verification code when you login!

not recommend. my salary for june was delay reason they push the blame to customer did not pay. that is not the reason for delay in salary

If there is negative star, will definitely give a -5. For individuals who wish to earn some income as delivery runner, don't ever join this company - salary was delayed for more than 2 months giving excuses that their customers did not pay them (which is unacceptable). Fyr the amount was only $20+ and the company have difficulty in paying!! For business/individual who wish to use this service for parcel delivery, can you trust a company that cannot even pay on time for $20?
The app is user friendly but I feel it will be better if the amount paid to deliverers is higher. Some of it is too low. Thanks! Update: Qourier's operations seem to have ceased. No more jobs

Worst app the courier team is not sure how to charge and overcharging . Please dont use this at all.
Dear Qourier, the apps is nice and perfectly fine and i love making money using this apps. is it possible to add a wallet features where we as a courier could easily cash out every last week of every month or every 2 weeks? i think it would be great if it works that way. plus collecting a parcel from hq to northside (wlds) with a price range of $4 to $6 is a little too low. maybe you guys should look into this matter too. sincerely from my point of view in the review. I'm still making money btw.
