Total garbage as I cannot add a payment option or update existing payment method. Errors on CVV mismatch (even though it matches) and missing first name (even though there is no field for that). Guess I'm getting a ticket....
app is no longer working. kept giving me an error saying that i was already parked (for three days) reinstalled the app but it will no longer let me register a car. problem is happening for multiple people in my office who use this to park in the garage across the street from us.
It's buggy. I can no longer park because the gps finder is not finding my usual garage so I can't pay to park. I have a few payment methods attached to my account but it doesn't matter which one is selected. The app only uses the first payment method so I have to delete the other methods i cant use. Over all, really shoddy development.
Super disappointed in this app, and their service. App couldn't find parking structure, couldn't create a new acct. Text svc did not respond, phone service was recorded msg that hung up on you.
Horrible app. is not user friendly does not send out updates rhat your parking has expired and got a citation bc of the app. embarrassing that my city uses this app. try updating the app once in a while and simplify it. i cant believe i have an app on my phone with a 2 star rating. what about Samsung pay, apple, google anyone but quick pay.
it won't accept my payment method even though it shows that it does. kind of useless having an app that you can't use. I guess I'll park somewhere else.
CVV field claims that number does not match, though it does. Y'all must be covering the cost of parking tickets since your app doesn't work.
Website is non-existent for any kind of account management and when I launch the app on my mobile (Samsung S21 5G) it says the app is designed for a lower level OS than I presently have. Denied my payment info too claiming it was the wrong CVV. Do not install this app.

Hard to navigate, and states card info is incorrect even when not.

Simple app, and very accurate and effective. One thing that I can recommend, make a sign in screen pop up when the app first opens. This will let the user know that an account is needed. I was initially unable to add a vehicle, read reviews, then went back and looked through the app because I knew it had to be something simple. I saw some bad reviews for this reason, and really they shouldn't be dogging you for not looking, but it would help with your positive feedback if you implemented the log in screen.
NFC doesn't work at all. Apparently this app needs to do something online, but then just hangs. Not awesome. Also, beware of their security issues and the complete lack of design skill. You'll also need to reenter your info. A lot.
First time using this I was not able to Exit the parking garage and was charged $19.50. I had to pay AGAIN directly to the garage attendant $18 to get out of the garage. No one answers the phone at the owner of this company to assist me. Cannot recommend this app would chose ZERO stars if it were an option.
It worked fine for me, but due to a bug in their interface, you can't ever change your credit card (when it expires). I opened 2 support tickets about it but haven't heard back from them after nearly a month, rendering the app unusable. It's a shame, because I really liked that parking lot, but hopefully they'll change to a different app.
Great idea in theory. But after taking the time to install you learn that: 1) only max parking payments are available, so instead of paying $3 for an hour of parking your pay $8 for a day of parking: and 2) you will be charged $0.30 extra even though you should actually be charged less since you are now paying without requiring the lot to maintain equipment and helping speed things along for other lot customers. Totally ridiculous business model!
Crooked crooked crooked company!!! Skip the app and stick to quarters! It may seem convenient at first until you start getting tickets because the app isn't working right then start getting hung up on and called a liar by Danielle (senior operations manager) at the app. Worst customer service by far I've ever witnessed. Asked for her boss then never heard back from anyone! Soooo incredibly shady!! #quitquickpay
I'm at a self-serve parking lot trying to use the app to make my payment but it will not accept my license plate or vehicle description so is completely useless. Chase, you should be ashamed! I'm uninstalling it next.
Twice now it has failed to work when I really needed it too. Very unreliable.
app is the worst thing ever created. wont event let me register my vehicle plate. avoid these lots at aol costs
The app has many bigs. They send an email saying time is almost up so to tap extend in the app. There was no extend button and I couldn't repurchase parking because it was already parked. I had to delete my vehicle and add it again in order to repurchase parking. so much for $5 max per day. Nice to be able to get more parking remotely, but would be nice if the way they told you to do it was actually possible.
