Only functionality our school really uses is the invoices and it is helpful to pay them in bulk. However it won't remember your account details or connect to Samsung Pay, Google Pay or PayPal so you have to enter your card details manually every time, and you can't pay multiple children's invoices at once. It would be really good to have this functionality added. This is the only thing I pay where I have to get my card out of my wallet these days!
Absolute rubbish app and waste of tax payer money funding this badly written app! You can't even enter an email address and submit form on their feedback page. I am having so much drama trying to add my children on this app it's just ridiculous. And since it won't allow you to send feedback, consider this review as feedback!!
Had both my kids on the app. Now, I have my youngest and can't see my eldest. I've entered the details, but, is coming up as "Already Added". It is exactly the same thing on the desk top as well. Clearly, something isn't right here.
worst app ever. I spend so much time resetting my password, because it will not let me use a password more than once!! infuriating beyond belief.. waiting for password rest that never comes!
I wish more schools used this. Please make it mandatory, our tax money pays to develop and support this app, schools needs to get on board!
Update: there is now a link to updates! Huzzah! Thank you. Pretty good. Annoying thing is when you have to update, there's no direct link to it.
Not a bad app for a government funded product. Fairly easy to use but lacks in a lot of student information.
Extremely terrible app, doesn't even work & online it makes me change my password every single time I log in 🖓🏽
Can't seem to get past the accepting T&Cs. Ticked the box but it won't let me accept, only decline.
It needs to be updated all the time and won't update it's so frustrating 😣
Why do I need to log in everytime? This app should do more than simply be a wrapper for the website!

Every time I need to use it, it's out of date! Also, I used it once to notify the school of an absence and the school sent me a message asking why my child was not at school. Not sure how well they communicate or if it was just a case of the school not reading the notifications... Good to get the school reports, but it's not something we cannot get by email. Not very impressed so far. Average.
Like most Android applications released by the Australian State Governments, they always messed with the Back button on users' mobile devices. Please don't do this, it's counter-intuitive to users' workflow when we are using your app in our mobile devices.
Premise is good, but absences aren't sent through to school. I still get the absent messages from the school. Also I have tried to login over the last few days to check payments and it keeps saying the email/password is incorrect. This app is disappointing overall
Schools do not use this app to full potential. We use it to inform of absence yet school still contacts you to find out why student not at school.
I have the EQ number but I keep getting student not found. Useless app!
For the love of god add finger print security please.
Can't even open the app, says it's sending a sms with a code and the code never gets sent and yes the mobile number is the same as what it said it's sending too.
Unable to log in. Keeps "searching" but never seems to make it to the sign in screen... What's the point if you can never get in!
My second child's primary school is not listed (although I can see others from the city). Is this a bug or intentional? I agree that the qschool and QParents apps should be integrated.
**Updated 19/7/17 - this payment issue is STILL happening. Was fixed for a very short time and now is worse than before. Really need to get it sorted guys. * * * * * * * * * * Was just forced to update and now unable to make a payment. Very inconvenient. Enter all the payment details, hit submit and nothing happens. Payment not made.
Everytime I log on it says my password is wrong. I change it to the exact same password it was before then try to log on again and it tells me it's wrong. So sick of this
Functions are good but the app is clunky, not really mobile friendly. I like being able to see account balances and pay invoices online, that's the most convenient feature for me. Reporting absences doesn't seem to sync with the school system so I have reported on the app but still received notices from the school for apparent unexplained absences. That double-handling and back-tracking is a pain in the backside. I would think the Gov app would be the final word.
