Everything is fine but there should be an option to save bank accounts from which funds are added/transferred to. It's annoying to fill the same form everytime

I just like this app better than other digital payment. The app is designed good but in my opinion change the foreground colour as blue colour is not good for eyes.... And its cashback is best....
Need alot more to fix for good user experience.
Tried to search flight but cpuld not find any, not working, need to uninstall this, poor service, if u dont give best service then u cant compete in nepal, one day it will be a history only, so ist make it best, there are many problems and still no any corrections, When i tried to load amount via atm card numner but it says invalid card number, but whdn i tried on others mobile it is working, why it is caused,
I am not able to see my KYC after I submitted it. There should be edit and review option. Also there should be login and register tab at the beginning and log out tab inside of it once logged in. Hope you will work in it. Hope you will improve your service and make it more reliable. Thank you. Looking for your positive response.
Cashback offer is better then other wallet but questions is how long does it go. Initially esewa and IME pay also had given good cashback offer later they reduced it. Many more features have to be added wallet like esewa and khalti as well.
I have recharged Rs. 100 of Ncell from Qpay. But my Account's balance has been deduced & the balance hasn't been recharged yet. Though it has been recharged successfully on Ntc number. What's the problem? I need my money back soon or provide recharge on Ncell soon.
I had 102 rupees in my Qpay wallet and I was trying to recharge my phone for like weeks now but couldn't get it done and now pufff, all my balance is gone, just like that. I was starting to like this app and finding it useful but with this😡😏, it's sad.
The best app i have used to pay bills. Lets you add your debit card and pay through it directly . I was very impresed by the level.of sophistication they have managed in this app . excellent job.
Where is the option to bank depo??? And still your app is incomplete. There should be required pin during any transaction. Like mobile top up balance transfer etc.

Hello qpay,olease uograde yoyr app soon, add all the functions make the user interface,good You only have the international gateway in neoal right now take advantage of it, If you upgrade wallet this time when khalti,imepay,abd prabhu pay are lacking behind this is your best opportunity yo shine,,all tge users will come to qpay,just upgrade app make it good user friendly and add tge fratures that sre missing
Dear sir,madam , my cash was lost in yours Q-Pay. I have stopped to use this Q-Pay because my cash 2000 nrs. was transaction from nmb bank app but not came in my Q-pay .Therefore i don't use Q-pay. - kumar stha bubhutsu
Cashback is better than the other wallets. I think there is necessary to provide sms mode in the wallet.

Web access version also needed.. it will make it easier and to download transaction details in pdf

It would be great if you would let able to keep fingerprint instead of pin
Transaction history need to be more informative displaying all details and allowing pdf downloads option.
Good to have a bank deposits and good cashback. But design need to be update.
I gave 4 star because there is no options to edit amount for topup dishhome kindly solve this problem.

All most good but transcation have @ problems when getting network issue transcation is pendding again transaction get double transcation this happen make problems
Rs.25 charge on every transaction. This is a robbery in the name of convenience. Please work it out for the charges. This is more than bank charge for using card service.

Recent design updates looks very neat and have a better and different approach to design as compared to other nepali wallet apps. I am giving four stars since the transactions are not working properly, please give more focus to these issues rather than looks only. Otherwise great app.
