QR and Barcode Scanner - FastQR
QR and Barcode scanner app is really easy to use. You just need to open the app and point the camera at QR or barcode. That's it! Within milliseconds the app will detect the content and display it to you in the neat and clean interface.

this is a phenomenal barcode reader! I use it everyday for my job and have tried many different bar code scanners. Not only is it fast but it's able to read difficult faded barcodes and even in low light like no other scanner app I have used. this is truly a Superior scanner app. Galaxy S8 Plus
Works and is burning rubber fast!!! I've never encountered a bug or it being flakey... But it gets updated... 🐸 So it must be for additional features that i don't use. Maybe future update will wash, dry, and fold my clothes.
**update** dev is very responsive and seems to listen really well to suggestions and feedback ***** good barcode scanner, missing an auto-connect feature for WiFi networks and also when you copy the WiFi info it should only copy the password, otherwise its a good scanner and would recommend it
Best QR code you can possibly use. No Tracking, No unnecessary permissions required, and does not constantly run in the background like the rest. Also does not transmit data back to a server.
I've used this app for a relatively long time; a year plus and counting! It comes with a history log of what you had scanned. QR scanning speed alone is the best, on a Pocophone F1!
Very good and fast app!! Can scan a barcode either vertical or horizontal that other apps cant! But I would like a feature to scan a barcode/QR from a picture!!
Needs tap to focus. Needs "clear all" button in history. Scan screen is black after resuming from screen off. Otherwise a very small and fast QR reader.
It's always been a GREAT app. But, developer, I always check for new permissions... Please keep them to a minimum. (and please, never add full internet access.) It's a really good app as it is.
Ive tried twice and it didnt successfully scan either of the two qr's. dont pay money for this...
This app works quite good, better than all the qr code scanner ,but doesn't have a qr code generator

Very basic, the interface is nice and simple but the main feature is way below a standard scanner. The only option for a scanned product is "Search Amazon" which is a link to Amazin.In. There are alternative applications that redirect users to the correct sites. You can also search products on Google. I appreciate the offer. EDIT: Definitely a step forward after this update but I'm still having to find my own way for a few products, I would recommend directing users to the shopping search of Google instead of the web search. I find alot more items more easily at the shopping search which is most barcode apps default search. The automatic copy didn't seem to work for me unfortunately, I scanned multiple items with the feature on but it didn't work.
EDIT: Up to give stars as my idea has been implanted and I love it. Hey it's not bad, I just wish I could search into Google and not just Amazon. However I bumped up my review to 4 stars because the developer responded within minutes of my review.
I have problem with this app, camera is very, very darker and I must enable light if I scanning code :( edit I rated app and still I have "ads" with this, I don't have it

Fastest scanner I used till now. I highly recommend it. I love how after it scans the code then give me option to directly save content like contact and event in my contacts and calendar. Thank you developer for this.

I live in the United States, not India. Does me no good to have product results open the Amazon India web site. There's no way in the app's settings to change it either. There should be options presented at scan to do a web search on my country's Google search engine, open my country's eBay app, open my countrys Amazon app, etc. #Fail
Samsung Galaxy S8, Oreo 8.0.0- Saw this app go on sale and decided to try it. I'm glad I tried it because this app works great! The app has a small file size, is light on system resources, and is quick to open. After the app is opened it has a simple well laid out interface. The app is super fast scanning and decoding bar or QR codes. I was using another QR scanning app, but after trying this app I quickly deleted my other one. My thanks to the developer for an excellent working app that is easy to use. Job well done!
