QR Code Reader

Literally perfect for all my QR code reading needs. It directly gives me the encoded string values while also providing useful post-processing features like opening in a browser and copying to clipboard. Not to mention the thing works on bar codes, and doesn't have intrusive ads.

Excellent app. Fast and accurate.

I expected to be able to use it right after installing- in a bit of a hurry. Four ads kept me from using it... you know, the tricky ones- with the tiny, tiny X in the upper corner that you have to hit just right to get it out of there, but ends up opening instead. Closed and re-opened a few times- no help. Don't waste your time...

This is a well made free app with relatively few advertisements. I don't know how they make their money though, so they could be stealing your data, just watch out for that possibility.

Very good. Ads is not bothering the experince at all. It detect qr code, bar code, at lightning speed. Seriously. Use this and forget the rest. I think that those who have negative experiences with this app may actually have a problem with their camera, not the app. To quick a focus change or lack focus can impact detection imho. So far for me, using a cheap Huawei Nova 2i, it reads code excellantly. The best so far. Simple and useful.

Good but adds, if possible please just remove the adds and Papp it fine.

It's a perfect app for education purpose It helped me in scanning the QR code of my education chapters

This does what I use it for. Nothing to compare it with, but never have any problems, crashes, etc. Just point my phone at a code and it takes me where the code leads. Quick to focus in and I don't have to be super still or particular with distance, it reads the code before I can get a chance to perfect the view.

Its a gr8 feel and texture apps respnds well however, i have not been able to read certain messages or respond to them via the device. Till then ill keep 1 star

So many ads...!! It's too easy to click on the wrong thing. I understand having ads that pop up, but this application has the ads INTEGRATED with the rest of the normal features. You don't realize it's an ad until you've already pressed it because they're disguised as normal buttons!

Doesn't seem to work as it did before. Very unstable, wants me to download other software and looks really dodgy now.

There is no instructions on how to use the scanner, the instructions that are there don't tell you what the boxes that show up after you scan codes do when selected or which box to use

When I pointed it at a QR code, all the action buttons show above the ads. I like it that I can easily open a web link so identified directly from the app. Pointed at a barcode, the ads pop up to cover the action buttons. As a result, it doesnt seem to work with barcode Please fix this. Thank you.

Wondering why you can't open your apps? Unresponsive screens? Is my phone slowing down or hanging? Having the weird urge to throw your phone? Running your av 3 times in a row and getting nothing? Wait a few seconds..fullscreen ads pop-up! *clapping sounds* Ads pop-up even when you're not using the app and even when you are using another app..

Very reliable. This app has never let me down.

Worked great popped up on screen in 3 seconds or less. Fastest one I had to date.

I used to have this app and it would take me to the site when i scanned a code. I needed it again recently so i downloaded it again. Now it does nothing when it scans and there's no option to go to the site, just options like search, ad, share, copy and send. Doesn't actually show you the site where the code is supposed to send you, or give you the option.

It works most of the time, in different ways, depending on what you want to know about the item. Sometimes you can tap into the item's price, its website, nutritional value, and so on. Info varies (sometimes no data is available), but often is quite helpful and interesting. I like it!

Probably one of THE worst apps I've ever used. If you point it at the code, it doesn't scan! Also, there are constant ads which are just plain annoying. I will uninstall definitely. Don't get this. Wish I could give zero stars.
