The app has not failed to scan anything to this point. It opens first time and no issues with freezing up. Easy to use.

5 ***** to the scanner by itself, but the load time takes too long. Better to either have separate apps or get rid of the clunky initial load which was around 20-25 sec. The scanner, taken alone, is very easy to use, is very fast, and very accurate. I recall growing old waiting for other QR scanners to acquire the image but QR Reader is so fast that I barely had the code in the field before the result screen came up. Great app - fix the long wait for the menu and I'll give it another star.

It rarely if ever worked for me. And every time I open app, it says "Loding Data" (notice incorrect spelling) for several minutes. What data? If it's updates, it was updated 2 minutes ago when I opened the app the first time. Disappointing since so many restaurants use the QR codes for their menus during the pandemic. I always have to borrow someone else's phone (usually someone who has an i-phone). I will have to look for another option.

App loads very slowly, then shows an ad that covers most of the screen (sometimes ad comes back repeatedly during use). App cannot read QR code from photo taken previously, only from live camera. Usually can read QR codes that lead to URL (html/website), but not when lighting is less than great. Not so good at QR codes for PDF links- the file is downloaded & saved, then you have to find it in your downloads folder and open it manually. Less than optimal usability.

Sends too many notifications. I know what apps I want, i don't need y'alls suggestions. And sure as hell don't need an emoji keyboard. Uninstalling since the one barcode I needed to read took like 5 minutes of different angles and turning the flash on and off, turning ambient lighting up and down. After quite some time the app did eventually read the code.

QR Code Reader Outstanding app. It has replaced my reliance on a physical scanner. The app is easy to use. You can adjust the settings in your document for better quality viewing. It prompts for a document name when saving. You can easily share to Dropbox or email.

When I scanned, it does do it fast, however, it gave me a link to click on, that was suppose to be a link to what I scanned. When i clicked the link, all it did, was give me an option to download another QR reader. Nothing to do with what i scanned. Also no way to clear history on this app! Un-installing this app!!

Thanks for providing more clarification. Unfortunately, the application doesn't have this feature to read multiple documents at one time. After it reads the first document, you need to open the next document and click "Play" button to start to read. Tech QR Reader is too slow. Use Gamma Play app, instead! Just deleted Tech QR & installed Gamma Play app. Gamma play has a bunch of automatic features, among those, automatic to contacts, automatic to scratch pad & more. Reviewer has no connection to either company, but simply wanted a good QR app to transfer 5 phone numbers quickly! With Gamma Play QR, reviewer downloaded app & did his first phone number about as fast as typing, but 100% accurately! Reviewer is on Samsung Galaxy 8+.

Ads kept popping up and then when I got the chance to actually scan the code, the reader wouldn't actually even scan it. It just stayed on the same screen and completed no actions towards scanning whatsoever. Zero stars if i had a choice.

I'm not sure if I'm just not finding what I'm looking for but I do not see an option to open an image file. What if there's a barcode already in my phone or in my email that i would like to have processed? If someone could get back to me asap and tells me there's an option to open an image file I will re-review this app. If not, I'm going to have to go with the thumbs down - even if I didn't actually use the app per se - because it's not doing what all other barcode readers do...

Too slow to open, too many ads that need to be closed down before you can scan anything. Annoying when you just want to scan the QR code to register your entry to the supermarket or a cafe. Barcode scanner doesn't seem to work either.

Simple and straightforward. Once I opened the app it immediately took me to the scanner and it scanned the code fast. I was going to zoom in more but it already scanned it. there are no ads as of what I have seen, and when I scanned an email qr code it let me email the address easily.🥰🥰🥰

Amazing app great working app for me smoothly scanned qr code and all the barcodes which I need to scan and the function of qr code generator and barcode genrator also worked very great a perfect app for all the thing I want it has many features like flash light and a flip camera option so I am able to switch between front and Back camera and the auto focus function is also very amazing this one app solved all of my problems once I appreciate the work of developers I will recommend it

Though was kind of easy to use, always seemed to need to load up when opening the app then after scanning the weblink would look pretty small. Get annoying reminders mainly ads as notifications. In the end I don't quite trust the app

RUDE and INVASIVE! App sends ads for notifications on tray without asking permission and no way to turn off in app (you can force them off in Android settings). Understand ads within app but leave my phone alone and don't disturb me for an ad! Uninstalling....

Just had to keep bothering me with the constant notifications to give a review. Well, here it is. The app itself is okay. The annoyance of notifications popping up to give a rating, really bad. Maybe I do not use enough apps on my phone so that I am not used to this. I find it really annoying. Therefore, 1 star. If they asked me once. I would have written a review. I usually get around to it after using apps for a bit.
