App features like teleconsultation and report views are awesome..they helped me a lot during COVID time Executives were also very helpful during pandemic time..
User friendly. I had to call hospital everytime to know about health checkup package details but I got all of them in this app Prefeŕ to use this everytime and avoid standing in queues
Worst. Many times payment deducted from my account but the appointment wasn't booked .Also very bad experience with QRG health city for refund. My 2 refunds are still pending from last 2 months .
This was my 5th visit in hospital since 2018 but this time it was very disappointed regarding services,Services provided by hospital was very pathetic.After taking huge Admin charges services was pathetic.In economy ward mosquito we found in afternoon time.In billing counter 1 staff(P Sharma) said you have to pay for those items even you not consumed items like sanitizer & Thermometer.Few Staffs was very supportive like in Maintenance as well as 2 Staff nurse (Neetu &1 Staff in Afternoon shift).
I am not getting OTP while trying to sign up into this app. I tried multiple time from different mobile numbers.
I can easily search for doctors of different facilities and also view my diagnostic reports. Nice App
After update, old reports can not be seen on app. Very bad update.

User-friendly and works perfectly.To improve, A/ if prescriptions can be uploaded to it B/ Option of editing name for registered patient against UHID should be provided, so that kids when grow up,or for any typographical error in name,one need not register again.
