This use to be a good app. All of the different updates are messing things up. I had a balance of over $20 and a lot of spins saved up. Went to log in and my balance was 0. I even emailed them, a few days ago and still nothing. Very dissatisfied right now. Has anyone else had this problem? update. still haven't heard anything and my balance is still 0. Waste of time, if your account disappears, it is gone. Deleting... ***UPDATE. Nothing has changed. Still not worth it.

App force closes when I try looking at my profile to see my referral code. When I click to view ads to gain spins, nothing happens.. it won't show any at all. The info on my game page never updates on its own. I have to close the app and re-enter to see the updated cash amount and amount of spins that I have left. This app is in serious need of an update. Support has NEVER replied to my emails and it looks like they don't reply to others' emails as well.

Extremely unhappy and annoyed that I can no longer use this app on my tablet as well as the fact I lost money because of a cash out error (my fault i accidentally hit a additional character when typing in my paypal email). I tried getting in touch with the qriket team via email/ instagram to get help + have this issue resolved but never heard back from them. Deeply frustrating as that money was supposed to go towards Christmas...

Used to be a good app, have made it to the cash out minimum before and have gotten my money no problem. Now, however, once I made it to the minimum and tried to cash out I got a "please cash out later" message. Tried again later and got the same thing. Tried for a few days, no change. Sent an email to customer service and no response yet. A huge waste of my time, considering how long it takes to make $25. Please fix this problem. As JG Wentworth says, "It's MY money and I need it NOW!"

I love this game, but as of lately I've been having problems with the video for the Live game freezes. And in the middle of playing in the Live game, it freezes me out where I can't even participate in the rounds. My mom is still waiting on her refund for a whole month. Please fix these issues so we can enjoy the game again.

Scam!!! I had precious previous version of the app and slowly accrued $40 cashed out in December 2018 and never received my payment. Customer service is non existent, they'll ask you to private message them or email so you dont put them on blast and not follow up. At this point I'm just gonna cut my losses and warn others. It's a fun way to kill time but as the money starts to get serious so will you.

Cashed out mid August and still haven't received any money. Tried emailing customer support a few times and never heard back from them either. I've been playing this app and enjoying it for years but I think I'm finally done.

I really enjoy the game, but the video constantly freezes up. I have money to cash out but have not yet. My son has tried to cash out over $40 back in July of 2018 and never received his money. Im still giving the benefit of the doubt for when I do cash out. 2 suggestions bring back the everyone wins wheel. Secondly when you do cash out let people choose how much they want so you can leave a little in there for the side bets.

I have tried numerous tines to cash out but i need to update my email address and there is no place to do that, nor do you ever get a response when emailing them. With the new update it keeos showing the same add to follow them on twitter & instagram but i already am and i dont get points and the ad wont change nor can you x out if the ad.. Im really tired of playing this and getting nothing out if it. Hate the new update, it was not an improvement. Sorry but making pennies a week is dumb.

Since the new app has started I can't play the app isn't working right, it freezes up and I miss all but the first round, needs fixed and I'm done trying to figure out why it doesn't work right.

I love this game!! But every time I play the spin wheel game in the app I always land on either "sorry" or "1 or 2 free spins" I've never won 1¢ I'd hate to say it's rigged, I'm sure that's not the case. But I am looking forward to this new update I know it's gonna be awesome!!

Do not request to cashout! When I tried cashing out, it wouldn't let me login to my PayPal but it let me put in my debit card, and after the process went through i got an email that said I paid myself? What the hell? I checked my bank account and $26 was paid to my PayPal?! Why would I use Canadian dollars just to pay myself? I'm supposed to get the money from QRIKET, not from myself! This never happened in the past and I feel like I got scammed! Never using again until I actually my money back!

I used to like this app. I cashed out in June and still haven't been paid, it is now going on 5 months. There is no way to contact them, unless you publicly tweet them which they obviously overlook that and ignore it. They do not even respond to emails. All that time wasted playing this. And havent gotten my pay to show for it. Thumbs down to this app

This is a scam app, after you collect some money (less than 25$ but more than 10$) this app gives error like Qriket is not available in your region. scam_totally scam app they are just making money from us by making us view some adds on their app and once you about to rich the redeemable amount this app is no longer available in your country. this app needs to get ban on playstore.....!!!!!😡😡😠😠

Cashed out in late AUG, never received the payment. Emailed in late SEP, no reply, I stopped playing, messaged again in OCT, still never received a response. What a waste! Uninstalling the app. Can see a long list of others reporting the same. It seems Jonny Comparelli must be a swindler.

Game is rigged, i was on the last round in 1st place for grand prize and on the last spin the game had already locked in a zero points skull selection while the wheel was still spinning...?. Kinda curious what the back of the spin wheel setup looks like or whos behind it manually making the selections...

I've been playing qriket for 2 yrs & never had issues cashing out & receiving my money until Julys cash out that I still haven't recieved, I'm so disappointed this is my favorite app to play. I've emailed support a bunch of times, sent Johnny messages on Instagram, left comments on Instagram & twitter with no response & now I have enough to cash out again but I'm worried I don't receive that either. they have time to make all these changes then they should be able to respond to messages & comment

I just clicked on my Qriket app and my balance wrong, it was over $21 and of course i have been playing a LONG time waiting to get up to $25, and now it says $17???? what? UPDATE: my balance is back where it was but still would like to know why it was wrong in the first place..

Why did u suspend my account after so much time. Why does it say: The app is not available for in region??? It was all the way till today!!!! And its been 2 weeks since this problem began. No reply from the developers, nothing! This app is a lie! Dont ever install it unless you wanna lose your time. They made the cashout 25 dollars so it takes a lot time to reach that amount only in order to delete your acc and win them money!!!

This app is great one, mainly because of it's love games you can make even when your not one of those wining the main prize money. Love it, but one thing I'm not seeing the referral in the app now, why is that ??. I'm not seeing the referral in the app

I am giving them 1 star because I had a balance and I transfered to PayPal and it's been well over 10 days and never recieved it. I emailed them and never heard back. Terrible response time and you dont recieve your money.

I've had this app for almost 3 years. I have made $21 and I can't cash out until I have a minimum of $25. New update has made it even harder to make any money and I can't take it anymore. I'm deleting it and forfeiting my $21.

The app consumes too much data per second. I can't stay till the end of one time show with 1GB data, its not good.

ok guys getting pretty upset here ever since the fourth of July my account has been emptied idk what's going on someone please fix it I was 30 dollars plus ahead and like 1700 spins and I'm a little addicted to playing please help. 9/24/19 and still no help uninstalled and put back on 30 times.

Used to be fun, but I am still waiting for my payment after 4 months. They used to payout as normal, but not anymore, I guess. Absolutely ZERO support.

I had balance $25 and redeemed with PayPal. But since then I never got my money or even e-mail. I never had a problem before with PayPal. Where is my money???
