QS Add-On: LG

Not to be trusted!!! I was told to download this app to get a refund from Amazon and they compromised my bank acct. and withdrew all my money from both my checking and savings acct. Saw them on my phone taking the money out and when I asked why they where withdrawing instead of crediting me they hung up. I have not been able to reach them since then. It's been a real nightmare since then LEFT BROKE AND DISGUSTED AND THERE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

This add-on being such a necessary component for certain brands of phones needs to be stated clearly in the descriptions of the Team Viewer and Quick Support apps. I was trying to remotely link an iPhone with an LG, using the LG as the viewer, however it would not work, but there was no apparent reason why, and no pop up saying the LG needed an add-on. I did not get notified that I needed to download an add-on until I reversed the devices by trying to mirror the LG device to the iPhone.

This software was very good at the beginning, but now it is so annoying that I'm replacing by AnyDesk. I use it only for personal use and it keeps telling me it is commercial and closing my connection. Just uninstalling...

Scam. A technical support person through cashapp tried to help me which they did not. I then hung up and immediately tried to uninstall the app and they prevented me because we were screen sharing and they were opening my camera and all that. Creepy as hell and will never do that again.

I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars through a scammer using this app. to steal money from me. People be careful. The guy was able to use app along with quick support app to see everything on my phone and to access my bank and credit cards information that is stored in my phone.

I was HACKED with TeamViewer. I was never told I was transferring MONEY out of my bank to Cash app. 'Sean' told me I was punching in CODES cuz he was upgrading my acct so I cld use debit. found alert in messaging that said 'screen sharing active' where they manipulated my Real Cash app. I realized later there was an eyeball logo at top of my phone while they were on the phone!! I don't know how they attached to my phone while talking with me or how I gave them permission. I believe acct is mine.

I also experienced a messed up call from Amazon! This experience was highly violating and I'm assuming they got all my information, not to mention the perverse experience I dealt with! This app is garbage and should not be available to just anyone!

I received a call from Amazon about a fraudulent order for an iphone 11. After them saying that I needed to fill out a form to cancel, I called Amazon directly. If you are directed to this app, hang up and call Amazon. They'll send you a link to report the number to the people that deal with scammers.

This app is a scam if linked with cash app don't even use it because it gives them control of your phone and they still ur money from cash app and ain't no telling what else

I got a phone call telling me there was someone using my Cashapp account that wasn't me..and now I lost my money from my bank account because of this mess..telling me to download this app called Add On to resove eveything..it just made matters worst. Do not fall for this ..SCAMMERS ..SCAMMERS

Great App to go with Teamviewer. I us to help family and friends troubleshoot, install App's, games, etc

Received a a call from someone claiming to be Amazon. When i told the person i no longer used the credit card they were claiming was used he became agitated thats when i thought to myself these people are frauds. Call Amazon and they said no one has tried to make any purchases on your acct.

WARNING THIS APP CAN BE USED FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE THROUGH CASHAPP. THEY WILL ASK YOU TO DOWNLOAD IT AND THEY CAN USE IT TO SEE ALL YOUR INFO THROUGH CASHAPP AND LORD KNOWS WHAT ELSE ON YOUR PHONE. THEY CAN SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. THESE ARE INDIAN PEOPLE TOO. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR CASHAPP EVERYTHING YOU DO DO THROUGH THE APP AND YOU CAN EMAIL THEM. JUST LEARNED THIS TODAY CAUSE THEY TRIED SCAMMING ME LUCKILY I HAD ONLY A FEW $ I CANCELLED MY ACCNT. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This app gave information off of my phone that was not approved. Please be careful to not let into the wrong hands. Warning! 🔥

Not sure what this app is for but believe it help scam sreal all my money from CASH CARD . they are very shady & dishoest

We used to use it at my job but not enough to make it something that you could say I need this app. If you do not use an app at least once a week then why do you keep it?

I was told to download this to help me with my Amazon Prime account and i noticed they were copying my account info !!! I told them I don't understand and felt like its a scam !!! I hung up and deleted everything and called my bank !!! SCAM !!!

Same as others... Amazon supposibly called saying there was a purchace made and to download this so they could assist me. Then you could see them controlling my phone! Pulled quite a bit of $. Horrible experience.. Name was Khristoper White that got into my account ( but who knows)! Tryn to resolve with bank

Scam artists used this to try purchase Google play cards on my account saying it was to remove fraudulent charges on my amazon account.... BEWARE!

I almost got stolen from!!! This guy pretending to be an amazon employee got into our account USING THIS!!! I have called Amazon about this and letting them know this app is being used for scamming purporses.😠

I uninstalled the app because I got a fraudulent call from Amazon saying I purchased a I Phone 12 Plus
