Ever since the update, I cannot view important apps that are in a secured folder due to how Samsung blocks the screen with their Knox code integration.. It used to work flawlessly with the Add-On but now I can't even install the add-on for Samsung so I'm forced to update. Any work around?
Today, on Android 9, installation failed, as had been happening for a while. My Note 8 phone is otherwise up to date. I appreciate their efforts.
Will not install on Samsung J7 Prime. The phone will install the universal add-on but still doesn't allow remote control with that. I'm pretty sure an older version was working fine on these phones but now it's not.
TeamViewer used to you work great and now I have a Samsung. Every time I try to connect to the other phone it wants me to install this update which I cannot. I have cleared the cache of Google Play Store and the add-on still will not install. Cannot use TeamViewer to help out a family member.
Very erratic and unreliable. Quite frequently says the phone is offline when it is not so you cannot connect. Overall reflects very badly on TeamViewer.
I too have tried to install multiple times, but it is in a do loop. Can't open, just goes back to install. Meantime, I can't review old notes, and i have alot which is why a bought a Note. May switch to Apple.
It's had an issue updating for several months. Not even sure what it's for. Just stuck in my apps that need to be updated. Galaxy Note 10
What a crock of s##t have tried multiple times now to download this add on with no success. I use teamviewer to work on my wife's tablet and other devices at home now i have a Samsung tablet I can't do it any more, come on teamviewer your a software company surely you can fix this!!??!!
Used to work, but now with 15 it does not not work anymore, keeps saying I need to update TV on remote device. Update itself does not work. Fails to install with unknown error.
Falsely flags you as "commercial use" and they don't respond when you fill out their online form explaining how it is personal use. I certainly won't recommend to friends and colleagues.
Ive wasted so much time and data trying to get this thing to work, please don't tell people to download faulty software its completely nonsense. Thanks for nothing teamviewer. Cant download on android 8.1.0 and the update is suppose to work on android 9 🙄
WTH are you people talking about?Samsung add on is hardly necessary if you use the other apps in conjunction. Galaxy phones are made by Samsung. My S9+ connected fine with or without this add on. I'm just gonna go with you bad reviewers aren't technologically savvy, (even though you don't have to be). Get it together people & stop whining so much over something you didn't create & is free for you to use. And if you dont have it on you computer or other device, the problem is definitely YOU!!
Its not connecting after so many tries.. its showing connected but its not working. fix the bug. showing u have to update but the option of update is not available.
TeamViewer- You're beginning to fail, on ALL levels! Android - Windows. Doesn't matter - it doesn't work!!
ANOTHER SAMSUNG App that will now probably just appear on phone. Useless and even if they were good apps, I wouldn't use simply because Samsung keep trying to Force them on us by suddenly just appearing on phone. I had phone with BAD space problems and if this had happened, I wouldve had NO room for other apps/games
We're already on Samsung S10+; why the heck is there still no support for Galaxy S9+? I mean I could understand if it was an offbeat, no name phone, but a flagship Samsung? You guys need to get your mobile together....
It won't download & since my phone updated I now can't access alot of my necessary notes.... so I'm not happy at all..... I've downloaded all that is supposedly necessary to go with this app & still can't use my notes.... not happy....
Unable to install on S9+ One UI. Its prompting to install the addon but it's not getting installed. Please update the addon or provide the alternate solution asap.
Won't update. Update crashes. Samsung Note 8. The update description says this problem is fixed but it is not fixed.
Really bad, and poor, I ant access my SAMSUNG notes, except I installe the Samsung add-on, and it doesn't work still. This is vry heart broken and exhibited a dangerous level of incompetence
This is a useless app.Don't dowlaod it if you have Samsung because this app does not downlaod in Samsung .I tried many times and I clear cache also then also it is not downloading .Please don't waste your net and time.It is very useless.I don't know that teamviewr is very bad
I'm prompted to install this on my S10 to allow remote control, but it fails to install. How can I get this to work? I'll test with you, send me an update. Need a reliable way to update mother in law's phone.
i tryed to connect remote control app said to download add on samsung i downloaded the app but still it is not working app said to upradge add on but there is no option of upradge what i will do now
Still can not install this app onto my Samsung Phone. I have been trying for several months. I use Teamviewer a lot.
It doesn't work. I tried multiple times to download it and says that "can't install". I did all the suggestion tips and still doesn't work. Please fix it
FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO INSTALL THIS APP FOR NOTES you don't need to install this app but you can still recover your files here are the steps 1 go in to file and click the three line button 2 press the old format notes 3 click the one you want to convert to the new format 4 it will say install this add on app click cancel then it it will say convert to new format clipck ok or yes Hope this helps you 😁
Everything is very good. Good work. But there's a problem I'm facing that WOL is not working, I'm pressing the on button but nothing happening.
I've tried to download this several times and it doesn't ever work I NEED to get into my notes for lots of reasons and they are sitting there not letting me read them
What good does notes do, when you can't open them?!!! 😡 I have tried several times to download the Samsung Notes Add-on and it will not work! So after several attempts and several weeks, I finally was able to install the notes add-on! First, you go to Samsung Notes and turn on allow permission to install! Hope this helps others.
