Qscan MyResults Patient Access
When your report and images are ready, you will receive an SMS message containing a link to a registration instructions page containing your activation code to register your device.
Use the activation code and your date of birth to activate any device with this app. The activation process will involve setting a 4 digit pin to log in. You will have access to any reports and images that you have had and also for any scans performed in future.
Qscan MyResults allows you to view diagnostic reports of any studies as well as the images for these studies by clicking the 'View Images' button at the bottom of the reports. Note that there is a 5 day delay on the report being available to read after it is loaded on the system.

The code other reviewers mention they don't have, comes from Qscan. I received a text with this code so I could access my scan results on the app. App is fine and you can view and also email the results on to a 3rd party. I found the whole process easy. Definately use Qscan again, mainly as I can access the scans on the app
A more infuriating installation process and registration process, I have yet to encounter. At the time of writing, I have endured 4 cycles of registration and activation only to be told my device is not registered.
Dumb, what a drag, going around in circles here... tried to enter, at least 3 times so far, and a registration code, security code, pin, etc etc. Etc. And still doesn't want to coöperate..forget it, another time maybe, as atm spent an hour a already.... Easier going to your prescribing Dr, and get all pics, yes in colour, and a DVD, all packed in a neat A4 map... thank you, but no thanks... will delete it...no use....!*
I am giving 2 stars because I can't access it with out a code, which I can't get without calling QSCAN. I can't call them because when I do I am always number 20 or higher in the queue. Surely there has to be an easier way.
Would give "0" stars - where is the code when you press "activate"? It is an app - so should be an instant. I had my consultation with one specialist - now need to go to see 2nd one. Cannot access images on time. Useless service.
It has decided that my birthday is a certain date and refuses to let me put in the correct date....exceedingly frustrating.....I mean, how many safe guards do you need to get access to your results. Should have added a patience download, as I definitely haven't got enough to pursue this!!!
Can't get past the register device screen, no prompts or instructions. Such a disappointment. If I could give it a zero I would have.
The code comes via a txt from qscan a few days after you've had a scan done. You need this to login. The app works well. Cool to see old scans in one place.
Worst app. You can't enter your dob because their system doesn't enter it correctly, so you can't even get past the log in stage.
Wants a code to register, tells me to enter the code below but no code is supplied. Why bother with an app that is inaccessible? I see this same problem in reviews from months back so obviously it's not important to Qscan.
Don't waste your data, total waste of time. more hoops to jump than should be required to get nowhere.
I installed the app as recommended but unable to register. The first screen says unregistered. But i cant even register as not let me do anything at all.
It's a bit of a fiddle, feels like going round in circles activating & accessing; suggest you change the date 'scrolling' to simply entering numbers

After tapping Images app seems to be downloading but crashes 100% of the time.

Installed and asks me to put in activation key, there isn't one to pu in. Disappointing
cannot get it go past activation, loops. always prompts for code which i put in and bithdate. three goes and uninstall it goes
The scan pictures are quite small and don't load properly but otherwise a good app
This app is rubbish great if you first get it in your phone but don't buy a new phone unless it is the same as you old one ....hopeless!
Kept going back to create account screen. Works well on PC dont bother with phone app.
Can't even install app absolute waste of time
Constant loop of trying to log in and then creating pin number. Totally useless.

I have this app for my mobile, but whats the point of it being mobile when I cannot download onto my laptop. Easy to navigate apart from when I wish to view the images myself. If I wish to allow access to another provider to view them, I am unable due to the fact that the app is not viable for my laptop. I have to submit 100 words on this, but I do not have 100 words to say. Please invest in creating a better shared version of your application that would be appreciated by your patients. Thank you
