Probably the most antiquated sales platform app I have ever seen or used.
Super useless app, that cancels pickup request on same day as pickup which was not allowed on the main qsm. Qoo10 Customer service just brush off the issue and asked to rebook another pickup request. Doom to fail platform.
I have similar problem from the users n include the latest ones that Qoo10 did not even response if they have fixed since june 2019. Looking forward to that. And also, why Chinese? Shouldn't that be language selective option by user since it is Pte Ltd, I assume is
terrible customer service. I have no idea how to change shipping option and email for help have been 1 week and no response. when i call them for they told me to email. I email again and there is still no response. Qoo10 charge $100 to set up a shop but they cannot even answer a simple question I will use shoppe and lazada instead.
The experience is a total mess. Very unfriendly App I ever used. Even you can't reply customers inquiry....
App is ok but the proof of delivery can't search the orders everything for customer confirming of the delivery. Please do something to it.
The app keeps crashing on honor View 20. Hope developer can solve this issue as soon as possible.

Why did the language changed to Chinese all by itself? It was English!!! Worst app ever

useless app as having this on mobile should allow u to just use your mobile to uodate everything, but I still need to use desktop to process order. waste of space
QDelivery doesn't stay on its own page after 3/4 loaded. Jumps to main page of Qoo10 main app.
Greatly improved since few months ago. Would be good if we could arrange for Qxpress delivery from the app :)
Needs improvement. Not a very good app. Items can't be updated in 1 shot. You have to update 1 by 1. Plus it always hang half way thru. Very annoying. Prefer to use on desktop.
