In order to use the QSROnline Scheduling App:1. Your scheduling manager must use QSROnline Scheduler to create and manage your work schedule. 2. Your manager must setup your account by entering your phone number into QSROnline.
QSROnline Scheduling supports Android 4.0.3 or higher.

Please just send me the damn verification code!!! I've been trying to put in my number but it doesn't send me a text or a call. Frustrating because I need to see my weekly schedule. A few days later I was helped getting into the app schedule and I'd like to thank the app support.... It's a great app by the way.
This app is exactly what our store needed. It's very easy to fill in shifts with this powerful tool. It is a whole lot better than dealing with a physical piece of paper and an agreement to get someone to cover your shift if you can't make it. There is just a few things I'd absolutely love to see: a table of all employees on the left column, all days on the top row, and the hours each person works in the body, and a total hours a week addition formula somewhere. Otherwise, it's perfect.
I like the easy interface and option to add some basic availability. I like that other team members requests to work or change days are available for the rest of the team to view as well. My 4 stars is for lack of extra detailed features. I wish we could have an option to have a personal "call in availability" or availability calendar that could be changed more flexibly from day to day and week to week by date and hour and would only apply to that specific time period, not future ones.
Very simple and easy to use. I like that if my schedule gets changed, I get notified by the app. An my manager doesn't have to remember to tell me. There's only one thing I don't like about this app, that's my manager can send me messages but I can't send them one or reply to the messages I received. But other than that I love this app!!! I give it 5 🌟❕
The app does the job for the most part. But I'm getting annoyed when it displays multiple notifications of the same message and sometimes, it'll sign me out. And when I try to sign back in, it'll say my number isn't registered and that I should contact my manager. This app needs some fixing up.
Working at a fast food restaurant our schedule changes constantly, so having it available to see 24/7 is fantastic!!
Unfortunately, there are better scheduling apps out there... With more flexibility, administrative power, ease of use, and organization. This app crashes a lot. Needs work. And why do I have to reset my log in sometimes?
The only thing i don't like is that i am asked too often to set up my account again and reenter my phone # and pin. Also, I miss the feature that sent a text with my full schedule for the following week. Now i have to follow the link provided by text and that brings me back to my complaint of having to basically log back in.
easy to use. nice to have my schedule on me at all times. the constant app refresh everytime i go to my home screen and back to the app is only slightly annoying. not that big of a deal. all in all a very lovely and helpful app
It's great having a updated version of my schedule with me. Would like a option to set reminders or updated my Google calendar or out look calenders so it would be easier to balance other projects at the same time.
It's very convenient to be able to pull up my schedule at any moment, especially when it changes every week, and if someone is giving up their shift, it's a good convenient way to communicate with other crew members. I would recommend for other businesses to use.
It is good for doing its purpose, which is telling me my schedule. However, it is hard to figure out how to do more than that. And now everytime I open the app it says an error has occured and this has been like this for almost a week. I uninstalled it and everything and the issue still persists.
Never had one before it's easy and just push a button check your schedule
ITS A GREAT APP TO BE USING FOR YOUR SCHEDULES FOR WORK AND NEEDS TO ADD OTHER THINGS TO YOUR APP SO WE COULD CHANGE THE BACKGROUND AND FONTS AND COLORS TO. IT WILL MAKE THIS APP MORE TO BE USED FOR EVERY COMPANY
closes while im using it, constantly loggs me off the app. cant use it to check more than 2 days of scheduling before it forcecloses. recently it won't load anything and just shows a white screen with a blue loading circle.
It's very helpful with keeping up with my schedule and saves me time. Simply opening up the app and seeing my days and hours when I work is beyond useful and it works extremely well.
It's fast and easy. Makes the time frame short so I am prepared and have more time to do more and be ready for more with a clearer vision. THANKS TO A GREAT SUCCESS!!!! Ya'll ROCK!!!! Go SONIC CREW!!!!!
Easy to use. But would be way better if it had calendar sync. It wouldnt be hard to implement and its not hard to program in. And it would help out a lot.
It's very convenient having my schedule with me at all times, as well as the ability to easily change my availability, request time off or pick up extra shifts. All at my fingertips!
I've had it about a week now and haven't had an issue with it yet. No complaints on my end. I really like the convenience this app offers. It features more than just a weekly schedule such as the ability to request time off or make yourself available to work on your day's off if your needing some extra spending money. As I mentioned earlier.....there is no complaints on my end and I'm willing to bet the same for you 😁😁😁
It's a legit app. Makes knowing my schedule for work a whole lot easier. All the "look at the board" and "jot it down" or ask management "when do I work" is literally a thing of the past with this. More employers should get in line and use this.
So far easy to use. You can check it anytime , anywhere. Only thing so far is you can't request specific shifts or have preferred shifts so we can get more set scheldues
It's great to see what your schedule is from the comfort of your phone
It does what it's supposed to. But I and everyone I work with always has to verify our phone numbers almost everytime we enter the app. I went to check my schedule for the next week (sunday the 19th) and the app won't send a code to my number. FIX PLEASE
I love this app it let's me know who's working and when I work. Easy to use. I can request days off. The only thing I would change is I can only see one week it would be nice to see a monthly schedule so I can base my apt off the month. But other then that its great
This app is a lifesaver. When compared to having to go up to my place of work every Sunday, whether I was working or not, to check the schedule and take a photo of it, this app is easily one-hundred times better.
I like being able to get the new schedule by phone and I think that it's an easier way to check your schedule as well to get updates too. Thank you for this app.
This app is AWFUL. When you're setting your availability it doesn't tell you which week you're setting up. When you go to change your availability it doesn't let you do that without deleting your previous request. I can't contact customer support through the app as no recommended apps support that. It should be an inherent part of the app to contact customer support that this app has the means to handle. All around terrible experience which is directly affecting my ability to do my s#it job. Funny that I can't even call the number "C.S." gave me.
