Worked fine on my Galaxy S9. Recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and app is not supported. There is hardly any Android support which is very disappointing.

Doesn't work with new android OS
Is not compatible with many Android devices, especially newer ones. Even the ones they list on their website. It names the device, followed in parentheses by the OS required. And the OS they require for the named device is not even available on that device. For example, for Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 they say it needs Android 10. Tab 3 has Android 9 and cannot be updated to 10. very frustrating
