pathetic application. If you open it always ask for update and when you update it's doesn't update anything. now if you click any link it's not opening giving error page not found
Update popup very annoying. Full of errors. Appalling user interface.
No a friendly application and always ask for updates while their is no update need a lot of work to make useful 🤔
Most of the the times it doesn't open and shows error or while booking it doesn't recognise our email id
NOW Waste this app, update properly or just delete this app from the play store, ZERO STARS...

This app pops-up a message always that, there is an update. Updated and the same message popped up. Uninstalled and istalled the latest version available in play store, still same message appears when ever launch the app. It is annoying. Would be better if it can be solved.
Useless and pathetic app, everytime you tap on the back button it goes to the home screen of the freakin app. Dumb developer, poor programming.
Each time it says an uodate but there isn't one actually. The app is irresponsive at times. The should be much more lite.
New update is worst. Old app interface was very good. New user interface is not user friendly. Plz change it. Thanks
Very slow and always shows a pop up that an update is available though there is NOT. Very bad app.
The app can do a lot in helping online customers to book tickets. But, Its a complete failure in mobile devices as the seat booking is not at all working. Stupid app!!! Avoid using it. Use the website instead.
Updated version is worst. Always taking to initial download page of play store. Old version was very good.
This application is good for online ticket booking. But, Everytime I open it asks to update thought there is nothing to update.
Before this app was nice.. now it has lot of bugs it's like once you updated you never tested in outside network

Q tickets App, web and tel service totally and utterly crap! Suddenly they have blocked QNB cr cards without any explanation and/or attempt to resolve issue. DO NOT USE. Novo cinemas App from now on!
I tried to pay using two different cards, but still gives transaction not approved.
The new update is too bad. Not able to select movies by language.
Stop with the false "An update is available" popup every single time, it's ridiculous. Also, please hire a new designer. It looks like it was designed by a 10 year old.
No language selection. This update is worst one. Earlier it was ok.
