Poorly developed app. Very slow and not user friendly.

Very worst service and they don't care about customers money. I booked ticket on April 11th and my money deducted but some error came and I didn't get the ticket. Then I raised the complaint with their customer care. It's been one month now and no one has responded properly, everytime they say that concerned department is working on it. So please think twice before booking with Qtickets. I don't recommend for anyone. You can book the tickets directly with other platforms. Qtickets charges mor

annoying. full of errors due to bad developer ( i guess you should switch to a better one) because its obvious that you have chosen the cheapest web developer that you could find , based on my experience with your app. yeah it does the job booking cinema tickets is more convenient using this app. but the rest is just rubbish.

repeat error "check your internet connection" after selecting book now option. unable to book anymovie even after the recent update. tried the website as well. never experienced like this before. i missed the show being unable to book online. uninstalled. waste of time and memory space.

The app is good for information only. The app is not capable enough to handle transactions. I had booked a movie yesterday, I didn't receive neither sms/email. I was also little late for the movie, because of this issue, was further late. The team were least bothered to offer an alternative.

Not fit for purpose. Insecure app and site resulting in notifications from 3 major browsers of potential identity theft. Currently not working for payments due, I expect, to this issue. Constantly crashes and becoming a real pain. Customer support limited to not fixing with try again later mentality. They need to sort or I hope someone will recommend an alternative that works.

Worst experience ever, no protocol for any refund in case of failed transactions due to app software issues, customer service is disorganised, too amateur and very poor service. Booked a ticket but due to app software issues, booking got failed, money deducted, filed a credit card dispute but was not refunded by merchant, such a poor service from their end Will never recommend this app, try to find something else better

Got a free ticket for downloading the app, it's easy to navigate with polished graphics and sound design keeping user comfort in mind. It's worth a shot and everybody will find it useful

No way to store payment options. App takes a long time to load. Payment process is so small on phone screen you can't read anything. Payment often gets interrupted. This app adds no value to the end user.

Old version was good. This version keeps crashing. My login is not recognized in app whereas same login works in your website. Urgently fix the bugs. Hire someone who knows the job

Ticket booking is a horrible task in the app

They are not resolved problem In time I had very bad experience recently 16/12/2021 , I book tickets for a movie but I didn't get my tickets, I requested q tickets site team through mail and Whatsapp too , noo response from them upto show completed. Very bad site and taking money from our pockets

Horrible experience..crashes every 5 mins.. Payments rarely go though..and then takes convenience fee for absolutely zero convenience felt.

The app is very poor and slow. And recently they spam the users with notification (I just received the same notification for 3 times in 10 minutes) which is very irritating.

A convenient way to enjoy all the latest movies and events. The app is user friendly and provides option to advance book. Can't get any better

I have never seen worst app and site. please don't book any ticket from there site or app because it's not working properly and there is no option to print to your ticket. Thanks

I really hate this new version.. Old version was too good. Now its always network error and very difficult to choose shows.. I am going to uninstall now.

Worst appppppp everrrrrrrrrrrrr. try to ticket more than 10 times and the page for entering OTP is blinking and disappear. Really worst app in Play store.

Took me 2 days in trying to book online and via app, still no luck! Crawled like a snail...took forever before it took me to another page..then boom gone! Such a waste of time!

waste application,, i lost money every time i book using application..simply account just deduct and it shows error. q tickets website is working through browser. really disagree with this app

worst app. slow as ever. the page itself is not getting opened . how can we book the tickets without even the page being loaded !😑

Finally three is a better way to explore events and movies in Qatar.Get tonnes of updates though,yet are useful and informative.Not complaining.

website experience is too bad , Unexpectly i forget my login password then maybe minimum 20 times i entire my email they send me password reset link but when i click on password reset link !!! URL not found!!! it's service is really too bad ☹️☹️☹️

payment gateway is utterly slow. update your technologies. world is very fast, you are still on 2010, soon many other app will come with movie bookings and events.

dont waste time. its bad app. tried many times to book tickets but messages is negative. not supportive apication. (payment is error, not getting same seat in re booking)

You guys should hire some good developers. Let go of the fancy opening graphics. We already know its q-tickets because we installed it and opened it. We want to see the content directly when we open the app. Know about KISS, Keep It Simple,Stupid.

What kind of app is it. it only works on Chrome but when I download the app it doesn't login, tried all the ways through technical support. But no use.

I don't know what's wrong with this app I want to information about movies, but it's not opening app properly or may be still theatre are closed due to covid-19
