Quality Observer

This application is developed in cooperation with AIR FRANCE / KLM, and managed by Kantar, registered in Amsterdam. This application will be used to collect customer experience information in order to help improve the service of Air France and KLM.
This application works by invite only. To be able to use this application you need to be registered as a Quality Observer for AIR FRANCE / KLM. You need to log on with the username and password you received by text message on your mobile phone.

Don't Bother Absolutely appalling and a total waste of your time. Quite simply, you'll install this app, it will remind you to use it on your specified date, then when you try to use it it'll tell you that you have no internet access. Air France/KLM, are you going to compensate me for the time I've wasted on this farce? Absolute disgrace and a reflection on your airlines.

This app doesn't work. Does not give an option to create your password. KLM stop wasting our time if you are not ready. Tells you they will send a new link to a new password once they confirm your user name yet your username is your flying blue number and then nothing happens.

This application is problematic. it keeps saying it is not synchronizing with my device Or this download is no longer supported by this browser or download in Google play store. I go to Google play store and I can't find it? I id not find it difficult the first time in 2016. I wonder what happened. Air France should not use this App anymore if it does ot improve accessibility to her chosen customers

App is a joke. It constantly says it's not connected to a network so it was not able to download the questionnaire. It would have been better not to ask me to be an observer, now I have a really bad image of AF's quality checks.

The app works but looks dated and is slow to use. Loads of clicks needed for every step. Example, the still use the pre-Android 4.0 style of entering time with numbers and arrows.

The app does not work. After installation it took several days to load the flight survey, and in the meantime i had already travelled. Good idea, very poor app.

Always pretends there is no Internet connection. Tried to uninstall/reinstall, logout/login but that did not help. AirFrance should switch to a more reliable app as I was not able to complete survey on the flight I was selected for today.
