Quality Standards

The app only shows the overview of the standards, you have to go through the menu to get to the guidance amd resources, and then through the Standards again to get to the details. This would be more user friendly if the app linked directly to the guidance and resources for the particular standard / paragraph you are looking at, and even better to resources that can be used to ensure the standards are met, audit templates and so on.

Don't look into or investigate abuse adequately enough ! Paper tigers ! Personal experience...they take the word of the abusers and doctors in the Nursing homes and don't take the complainant seriously enough , especially in matters of life and death and over medicating patients that are not Dementia or violent !!! So hard to find a service to properly investigate Nursing Homes that cover up their abuses and medical information !
