Quandoo - Restaurant Bookings

Booked but then cancelled by restaurant. Not much choices of restaurant though. Even if it's available, many restaurants just block the dates and it's as good as you don't have this Apps actually for points.

Great app! It's great to get points just for booking restaurants. One negative, however, is that the search function isn't very good for specific foods. For example, when I search for vegan restaurants in Melbourne, I get an abundance of non-vegan restaurants who may have one or two vegan options rather than vegetarian restaurants that I know of - in fact these restaurants don't even appear in the search!

The app's loyalty program is broken. You never get any of the promised frequent flyer points and good luck getting somebody to do something about it. I fail to see the point of this broken 'service' when 'the fork' service actually works and provides you instant rewards (instead of not at all). And I did link my frequent flyer account on the website (not the app). Your loyalty program is a scam.

Crashes right away when I touched onto the login option

I feel amazing to use this app especially since I was new in Berlin & was unable to decide where should I go to eat & I don't have to wait to get a table. With Quandoo I could reserve by table, that too for free . They had some amazing restaurants as their partners . I also got some loyalty points to my surprise. I highly recommend this app for people who want to dine & have an extremely pleasant experience .

Limited selection of restaurants, so not very useful compared to its competitors. Very annoying notifications, only some of which can be switched off. Very poor choices by the developers. Steer clear!

Disappointing, booked a table at gusto Newcastle with this app, when we arrived the restaurant stated we didn't have a booking even though I had the email confirmation and also had confirmed it again the day before, the restaurant was not helpful what so ever. So when I got an email from quandoo asking me for a review of the restaurant I was happy to help, as you can guess it was not a good review, to make matters worse quandoo will not show it. Terrible app stay away from it.

Super easy to use and good rewards can be earned based on reservations you make on the app (and actually attend at the restaurant). Always has enough info on the restaurants I'm interested in or shows what is available in close proximity/area I'm searching within.

Needs to iron out a few minor details (e.g. you often need to select a specific restaurant to see the full availability, it won't come up in a general search) but overall easy to use and very useful (in areas and countries that are covered)

Booked nearly 2 weeks prior. When I got to the restaurant, they had no booking for me. Not good when it's one of their busiest nights. Restaurant was good and made arrangements to accommodate us. Next time just going to phone to book and not use this useless app.

Easy to use app with good pictures, menus, and descriptions. Needs a way of directly linking your Qantas frequent flyer account with the app itself instead of going through the website. Could use a little more restaurant participation but that'll come with time.

Made a booking without any issues. Then had to change the booking to another day. The process of changing the booking seemed easy & received confirmation that the booking had been changed. On the day of the original booking I received a call from the resterant as I hadn't turned up. I informed the management that the booking had been changed. Not only had the app not notified the resterant of the change but it had not booked me in for the new date. Inconvenient for all involved.

Useless app in Singapore. They list restaurants that no longer work with them. I had back to back reservation cancellations by the restaurants because of this when I'm almost reaching the restaurant. I confirmed with the staff of the second restaurant that they don't use Quandoo

Can't log in via the app. Downloaded, signed up online and it won't allow me to sign in via the app. Uninstalled, downloaded again, checked password and still no joy. It won't let me log into the app or create a new account as I have one already through the website.

The app fails to open, gets stuck at the splash animation and never gets past that. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, b doesn't help. Please fix. This has been going on for a month.

Promo code doesn't work. This is misrepresentation meaning false advertisement for referring a friend, the code does not work! App very difficult to navigate and not clearly defining log in details etc. Appalling app Google, Appalling.

Redeeming points is a nightmare! Booking is easy but, when you try to redeem the loyalty points it is impossible. I had to email them to get anywhere! If they sort this I'd give it five stars but this really puts me off the app, and makes me angry!

Unavailable to change country time and currency. Calendar date time is not local reservation time.

Tried to book a table for Christmas Eve and even with the booking being accepted and confirmed, the restaurant was closed. not useful at all if booking request are not sent or updated accordingly with restaurant working hours. Also the search should be improved. Filters are not kept from search page to booking reservation and sometimes not available results are shown even if booking is not possible.

Never really used the app but used their website previously. I made a reservation to a restaurant. I arrived at the restaurant on the day of my booking. I told the waiter I have a reservation. She started looking for it but could not find it. She asked me if I'm sure I made the reservation today. I said I'm sure and showed the quandoo reservation confirmation email. She looked baffled and she said she never heard of this quandoo. She then called the restaurant owner (!) Who also never heard of it and said they definitely do not use it. Luckily there was a table available for us.

Unpleasant experience. This app delete my loyalty points very soon after my first registration probably because of a record I once booked via their website 4 years ago. Can't fine any enquires of customer service contact I could reach to file such complaint. Won't use this app anymore.

Should have more restaurants listed. Very limited listing. And seriously need an edit button for the reservation. Once booked, there's no option to change reservation.

As someone with anxiety and phone call phobia 😂. This was a godsend when I needed to make a booking for a family dinner! The app is straight forward and easy to use. So glad I've found it!

Love it. Able to book a table in advance for my favourite restaurant before Chelsea home games. Takes away the stress of getting something nice to eat and getting to the game in time for kick-off.

Downloaded, joined, can't link my Qantas card anywhere. Seems the email says one thing, but the app is different, not many choices in my area, so I'll probably delete it..

Using this 'services cost us. It double booked us at one of our favourite restaurants. Restaurant owner was very appologetic but was able to seat us. Evidently the delay in bookings reaching the restraint was more than an hour. The result was not just ours but several double booked seatings, understaffed kitchen and delays in getting our food. Hours later (after we had finished dinner) I get an email saying the booking was cancelled.Will never book with this 'service again!! Uninstalled cr..app

Don't know if it's any good. I've logged in, but can't change any settings, or my profile. So it's pretty useless without valid info set.
