Worst app and worst customer care, i have been using this app for almost an year, in the initial days they delivered on time and past two months they are charging money without delivering and the status in the app shows delivered but we don't receive milk, i have raised tickets with customer care but there is no response, tickets are still in open state from past two months. Do not even order anything . Appreciate if you could address my tickets
Worst app. They asked me to recharge for the delivery. I recharged with 1000 and now they don't deliver at my location and there is no way to connect with them. I have raised 7 complaints but looks like they are deaf and intentionally ignoring. I won't recommend this app at all. There are several others much better and responsible.
Worst service! Status of the item shows delivered but it isn't. After raising more than 10 complaints, I was able to get the money refunded to the wallet. There is a standard reply to whatever complaint you raise. I'm fed up raising complaints and also requesting for the transfer of money from wallet to my bank account. I'm thinking of foregoing. It's not a small amount but can't help as there is no proper point of contact
This type of apps should be removed from playstore and appstore. Even they don’t delivery your items they will deduct the money from your wallet. There is no proper way to contact customer care. If we lodge a complaint in the help section in the app no one is bother about your issue. There is no proper tracking of your complaint. Finally you will pay money for your orders and don’t get your order. This is happening repeatedly.
I have been using this app from 2019 mainly for milk delivery. Last month I relocated from that place and now cannot use the service. Thus, I have requested them to close my account and return the reserved cash which we deposit at the time of registration. Now these guys are not returning the money. I have been following up with them from last 1 month but till date I have not received any phone call. Interesting thing to tell the world that -- " these is no way we can contact them"
I've been using Qubag since August 2020. I've never had many issues with them. I also recommended this app to a few of my friends and family as a potential replacement to bbdaily. But, in the last few days, my experience has been bitter. 4/5 times, the delivery was cancelled, and it was marked as delivered in the app. No refund was provided. I had to create 5-6 tickets in their system, and refund for one day is still pending. I'll probably give you all one more chance, and then I'm uninstalling.
App is simple and easy to use. Deliveries happening on time. But the only drawback is that there are not many payment options such as to pay using Simpl pay or Sodexo card. Please provide these options to pay with and then yours will be the best online delivery app out there!
Update:* There is really some issue with their delivery contacts. The delivery is missed with constant consistency since last few weeks and this has become a norm. Previous : ***** I would really appreciate the entire team behind Qubag trying to deliver essentials everyday. There has never been an issue not attended or suggestion ignored. I am watching them grow from day 1 - the way they have grown from just milk delivery to what they are now is really commendable. Kudos to the entire team. 👍
Missing deliveries frequently. Shows the status as delivered nd charge for the order but do not deliver. It is happening twice a week. If we are not cautious, we will loae the money. Customer support is also not good. Do not refund quickly for missed orders. I don't recommend this app.
These people don't deliver on time and neither will they respond to complaints raised in the app. Without delivering items, they have marked the order as delivered and deducted money from the wallet. Update: Finally they called and they delivered the product. Increasing the stars for now. Edit: After delivering 3 times in last few days, these guys still call you for address. Pathetic service at it's best. I've had it enough. These guys would never learn. Uninstalling app. Would never recommend.
I am using it from almost more than 8 months, only a handful of times they missed the milk delivery due uncertainty, but service is good. I am updating my comment, today it is 2-Dec-2021, I am not receiving my orders, and money is also not refunded to wallet. I have tried email or dial them, email doesn't exists happening, and phone also no one is picking up the call. I never faced issues till last week, it was awesome, but now I am facing issues.
Excellent service. Been using for the past 3 months. Not even once had an issue. In particular on time service during lockdown. One suggestion is to extend your services in major towns in Andhra Pradesh as well. Will definitely get major customers.
Review after getting 5 orders completed. Excellent delivery service and quality of vegetables/fruits is very good. The range of products might not be as big as Amazon or Bigbasket but it's growing and very well maintained (new items are added every day) The customer support is very active and got very fast response. Minor suggestion will be to include some addition functionalities related to support to round off the application further and accept payment from upi applications.
The app experience is good , the delivery also has been good for past few months. however delivery has been erratic last few days and the customer issue response in Help is very generic. No matter what you ask they respond the same thing without reading the query.
Amazing app. Timely service. Never faced any issue. Delivery was very quick. Even before the promised time. Had an issue with bread once and I got a refund immediately. Amazing and really quick response. This is the most trusted and best app I have ever seen. Thank you keep going :)
I am using the app from lockdown. service was not good in the middle. But now improved a lot. hope it gets better. Please add more products, tender coconut especially in summer time
Very good service and quality products. One feedback though it's kind of nagging me is on the Payment system honestly I would like to keep my money in my bank account, so transffering money every time is kindly bugging which Paytm used to do earlier. Now most only does real time for every invoice. Please change the Payment method to realtime for every order or invoice rather than transfer into QUBag account.
I have been using the app from past 1 year now a days they are debiting the amount on time but not delivering the milk packets and not reverting the amount, not solving the issue also on time and closing the ticket without any notification .we don't have any number to call them . Loosing confidence to book further.
I just love the way you deliver everything fresh and on time no issues with customer care too very fast ND prompt but the only issue is most of the things are OUT OF STOCK always...! I couldn't order groceries please refill or remove the item.
I had a good impression on the app but now a days it is becoming worse. I raised several tickets for refund of my money but till now no resolution provides nor even they called me. It's been very long that I am frustrated with your service. My issue is resolved hence 5 star... Dear Team , i am not able to add money .. Worst services. No products will be available for buying. Even if placed order, they deduct the money but bot delivered. After complaint, they will refund the money saying stock not available. If not noticed, we will lose or money. Worst customer service.... I won't recommend.
Have been facing issues since one month where I cannot find 95% of items in stock and for the remaining when I place order, it dont get delivered due to out of stock. I have tried reaching out to them. They simply refund the amount and close the ticket. They don't understand that I need to eat what I have orders and of they don't deliver what ll I eat??
Frequently not delivering curd. Simply they are saying not available. No customer support contact number. Even they don't refund amount for missing items until we raise a complaint. If they don't have proper answer, simply they close complaint and log you out of app, so that you won't get notification for the complaint.
Every day the customer has to check and raise a complaint for the missing orders. Even if the order is not delivered money gets deducted from the wallet and unless we raise the complaint money will not be refunded. Very horrible experience for me in my area. The customer service is very bad and for every complaint the same resolution will be given My personal experience with this is very horrible and I don't recommend this for my friends
Great application for Dairy products and is used friendly. Customer service is good, for any issue, either refund or replacement is done immediately. Sometimes due to the unavailability of milk/curd, the delivery doesn't happen. Else fresh vegetables/goods are served perfect on time. Especially in the lockdown period, this is being our savior to not step outside our home.
I have been using this app from long time.. there are some challenges at times.. however, with prompt customer resolutions team those get resolved.
Fantastic delivery service. Loved a lot. Timely and prompt. Never disappointed. Please try adding more products. Had to use other delivery services for some products. Would be happy if you could deliver most of the daily needs. Good luck
the worst app. they cant be trusted. Since 18th Sep 2021 they have never delivered us a single order sighting the same reason out of stock. They have kept my money in their wallet and denying the delivery as well.
Very trustworthy app. Their services are good. I have issue only with bread. Please deliver only fresh bread. I mean you are delivering the item which is about to expire within 2 days. Except that I am satisfied with your service.
Their delivery is very bad. They do not deliver, deduct the money and then you have to follow up many times to get it credited back. Customer service is really disappointing. They don't respond to calls and continuously close complaints in app without any action. You don't know who and how to contact. It's super frustrating and sheer time waste.
