Easy & convenient, love it!
The app is fast, clear and 'concise'.
Love it. So easy to check on all of our accounts at a glance. Easy access across all accounts to be able to transfer between accounts ,& to pay bills, just great.
Easy to use and all round great bank great customer service
Fonts could be bigger for the eyesight impared. The listed time for transfers doesn't match Qld or my local times. Otherwise functionality is good.
Excellent service and easy to use
At first I used this because I had no choice as I was interstate I now embrace the chance of having such an "easy to use" which has given me more Tech confidence (which I had very little). My preference is "face to face" contact of QCB with your skilled, cheerful, understanding and professional Staff just the same.
Great app, easy to use. Shows more information on transactions than other bank apps I have used. Only thing I would suggest is dates payments are scheduled on not yet available payments in the bill paying account
Ok app, still missing features such as telling you the time left on your loan and how that changes when you alter your loan repayments or your offset account grows etc. Used the contact section in app and no one ever got back to me.
Very easy to use and very secure.
Fast and effective,but I can't delete some payees that I no longer need. I would like to see the transaction history for the bpay and other accounts I pay people with.

Fair app, but user customiseration could be improved. Little things like Ben able to rename accounts etc.
Only just starting using it but no problems yet. Would like a tap and pay option like CBA has within their app

I like the app however when making a payment i cant seem to find where you put the email address of the recipient , like you do when on a pc,, use this alot when paying accounts

If ya dont like what you see the go find another bank. Simple. Why complain about it when use most likely still have an account with QCCU. BTW its actually a pretty good bank.
Had no real issues. User friendly, wouldn't mind seeing it a little more secure.

pretty decent app that's slowly improving. I loved the fingerprint login option but now the app won't allow it even after I've turned it on. The login key pad jumps from qwerty to numbers. Can't tell if that's my pho e or not (s9 galaxy). Please fix this guys, you'll get there soon 😁. The ability to change the payees names once entered would be great to.
