Very terrible..items are always out of stock...they double your bill...take long to process the orders.

Double billing bad service late delivery and missing items. Spent an hour to get it sorted out I eventually received what I ordered enitially I still require reimbursement for the cost of a double order when only having a single order as I have on my app screenshot as sent out over email to customer service.

Frustrating, buggy interface. I have used it twice, and both times, I was hit with an irrecoverable blank screen at some point. Most recently when needing to replace an already ordered product. So I can't fix the order and now I need to drive to the store anyway. Not just my phone, because the same bugs are present on my wife's phone.

Tried this app and service this morning. I have not experienced such fast and friendly service in a long time. Highly recommended if they are in your area. Update: App seems a bit temperamental after the last update, but I managed to get an order placed at long last after figuring out that you first have to load your card and have it approved before you fill your shopping cart or else it will not allow you to pay.

Quench app is super awesome. Quick and easy

I have tried many other alcohol delivery apps and I honestly have to tell you Quench is the best! Signing up is easy, they have a great variety, the hot pink in the layout is so pretty and appealing. The drivers are funny and friendly too!! I never want to use another app again. Thank you so much for the creators for such a great app! This was honestly the easiest five stars I can give.

I used to have the Quench app two years ago. Upon redownloading it, it asked me to reenter my password. I then reset it and it said it was successful. Finally, I tried to log in again and it continued to deny my new password. It's pretty frustrating and purely because of that, I have deleted the app.

Quench is a shocking app. I'm amazed they have a partnership with Woolworths. Here goes. 1. Out of stock items are not identified, so you buy and then get the unique Quench experience. 2. If you ordered an out of stock item, a person CALLS YOU UP ... yes, THEY CALL YOU TO TELL YOU WHAT IS OUT OF STOCK. 3. It gets worse. You have to go back to the app, see what is out of stock, and go through a complicated replacement. 4. Often you select, get to checkout and ... STORE CLOSED. Just pathetic.

After signing up, I wanted to login. When I put in my password, it says invalid which is odd because as far as I know, the password was right but anyway, I went to reset password and immediately after putting my email, you say the account doesn't exist when I just signed up!! Fix this immediately

Amazing service, the app is seamless and easy to use. The shopper who assists us, Brad is attentive and goes the extra mile to make sure we always get what we need. This is so important as we avoid shops (we have a newborn) and knowing we can rely on him is exactly why we use this app above all others. We have also always received same day delivery, but it's the service that makes this our go to for shopping. Thanks Brad and the Quench team!

They load the total amount post checkout. See other reviews, money is unaccounted for and they have a no receipt, no invoice policy. I see this is fraud in its simplest sense. Cancelled my credit card and having the bank process the refund as opposed to trusting this team to get it right.

They charged me double for delivery and are practically refusing to return my money. Secondly, once they've delivered your groceries they remove your items from the app so you have no way to check if you have all your items. It's been 12 days since I queried my refund and nobody has had the decency to call me. I do not recommend them.

The app is very easy to use and was very easy signing up. There is variety of drinks to choose from. The service is super great, it's the easiest way to get your drinks safe without going out to shops. I find it much convenient and easy to use. It is a very useful app indeed.

First time user. I've just wasted an hour trying to place an order after seeing the app displaying a message that Quench is open in the Western Cape and Gauteng, but that some stores may be closed due to stock level issues. I assumed that the app would only offer delivery from a store that was open. When I was ready I went to check out, entered my credit card details and was charged R1.00 for registering the card. But my order remained in my basket with no message to tell me that the order hadn't been placed. However my profile showed I'd made no orders. Assuming this was a technical issue, I was reluctant to try again in case I received two identical orders, so I phoned support for help. First I was told they couldn't find my profile on their system. When eventually it was found, I was told that my assigned branch of Woolworths isn't delivering because of the strike. I can understand that the strike interferes with services, but the app should be programmed to tell customers that. All the other apps I use tell me that as soon as I open them. Instead I wasted time and money and have nothing to show for it.

Love the app. Just wish I could add my loyalty cards for Dischem and Woolies on the app as well.

your service is excellent and your drivers are also friendly

There is absolutely no reason to use this app when you can use Woolies Dash. Quench add a Rand or two to each item and also always found that the time between completing your order and actual delivery took absolute ages. Fast and efficient use Woolies app direct. Cut out the middle man.

I'm unable to use the services the app provides due to lock down restrictions. I'm happy to wait and try once the service area is broader but it's annoying to get push notifications telling me to use the service when it's not operational. Edit: Spam continues. Uninstalling.

I placed an order on the 30th of August. Received notification that it was placed. Nothing happened thereafter. I called the Support number listed and spoke to Hanro. He undertook to investigate the matter and supply me with feedback. It's now been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for his reply. Subsequently he is not reading my WhatsApp messages to him.

After signing up, unfortunately we do not deliver in your area. Rather let the app search your location from the beginning then you do not have to waste time going through the process and only find out at the check out that you can't use it.

The app doesnt allow me to enter my card details. This is the second week that I have been trying.

It is one of the most effective apps. The deliveries are fast and the drivers are friendly. Everything is easy to use. Anything that I want I find it here.its a 10 out of 10 app

Orders take more than hour to arrive .The tracking is bad.Order status just says paid for atleast 1hour 30minutes.I ordered twice thinking oy would be different the 2nd try.

Although the app used to be fantastic to use, once it was updated, my cards dissapeared. Altough I tried for more than a week to get the issue resolved, nothing happened. What a pity as the service received on sales was brilliant😔

Would not recommend, quarter of my order wasn't delivered even though it was charged for. Checkers60sixty offers a much better client experience! The search in this app is horrible.

There's no way to check if they deliver to your area. You need to register first but then no items are displayed to shop. Bad user experience. Also no way to delete your profile.

Very bad experience with this app if you receive a credit on items missing you cannot then use this credit for another delivery and pay shortfall with a card this option should have been thought of when app was developed so after this they offered to pay my credit back been two weeks so great job thumbs up to the CEO of this app customer service comes first good luck.

This mother's day add of yours is an absolute lie!!!! When you search for flowers it says no items, you select gifts and it says no items but then you advertise that you can buy gift and flowers for mother's day. False advertising. Absolute shocking!!!! Just a ploy to get you to download the app, sadly it worked 😠

Honestly I've never tried this before and for the first time I ordered online my drinks they arrived quick and cold the delivery man was supper friendly. And it's easy to order no complicated steps just easy and it doesn't take much space lol...

Love using Quench app, very easy to use, not had any issues with orders or payments, the live tracking of the driver is awesome. Love the comments through the ordering process as well
