The app didnt work as expected and it will waste your time. Highly unrecommended. The notification didn't work as expected (even I allowed notification on my phone) because our queue jumped from 17 to 6 then it is our queue. The app didnt notify you when it is your queue! I had to refresh manually and once it was my queue and I walked back, they told me that my number already passed. This halpened at Lhong Tou on 10/2/19. I am using AIS 4G. App is on Android.
Completely useless, not sure the distance from shop wee can book. And you know some restaurant have too many que (>1hr). This app can't make any better if we can't book it when we're on the way.
Easy to use. But not helpful to the function for user. There was no timely update for the called number. Only notified once when my number called by the vendor, and I missed my turn. Please help the user experience on this matter.
The app asks a lot of permissions to access my phone. After giving all permissions it asked, I can see only ads (lots of them) but I cannot register to national park, which I think it is the main purpose of this app.
This app says: we keep all your info for as long as we want and we can't promise how long that is and who we're going to sell your info to. In other words, if you want to go to the thai national parks it means giving up your personal info to some unknown app developer who can just do whatever they want with your info. Bye bye national parks, it was fun pre-covid days.
Restaurant doesnt accept the queue number. Resort in the old school ways of queing and putting down names. App is working find and user friendly. But if restaurants doesnt accept it why do i meed this app?
The national parks are only in Thai so need help to fill in the form. This would be a better app if it had English.
Inconsistent, App showing a mixture of English and Thai language, eventhough language already set as English. QR code, Promotion, Pre-Order are still in Thai language.
Rubbish app. Only few restaurants and selected store. Stupid idea app. Other app can queue for any restaurant, cafe, bank, shopping, concert ticket, buy iphone & etc. Anywhere!
very convenient for queuing. however limited choice of restaurant. Perhaps the development needs to attract more shops to join.
Amazing app! Let's you book when you are right outside the restaurant other wise you are too far away.... Aksy they wanna take too much info from your phone!
Basically useless for busy restaurants. And it only allows a short distance reservation
Sizzler siam square one on 5th floor is gone. Why is it still on your app and countdown the que???? I have lost my time. I don't want to use your app anymore. :(
Good & useful app, but would be better if you allow us to book the restaurant even if we're not in the vicinity.

I love the QueQ app and the system is user friendly. You can see the queue how long and they will called once your number is arrive.

All restaurants also out of area. You need to be very near to the shops to enter Q. Serve no purpose at all

Useless app and not user friendly. Doesnt really show your queue status. Always getting API error. Not recommended.
