I gave this application one star because it is 1 of the worst chat applications I've ever used. It runs horribly crashes constantly and messages don't always make it through. So if you spend money on purchasing messages you're basically throwing your money away.. Customer service is also equally as horrible And never fixed the problems you report. There is a lot of solicitation as wel. I suggest any other chat application other than this one if you don't want to throw your money away
Didn't even think until now that I should voice the complaint about this app. I've spent quite a bit of money and many times messages that are sent by me are not received or even worse messages sent to me or not received. Sometimes I get messages from men and the profiles are from women. I hope they fix the problem. Because I'm definitely not going to be getting a refund from these people
can someone help me I've paid for credits and it won't let me log in it just says invalid credentials? I've email the company but haven't heard back please can you contact me guys, as the app is good apart from this
Accepting the privacy and the terms and condition is mandatory...but there is nowhere to do so. Guess this really is just a scam.
I've been a user of quest for years and in the past 6 months I've had more than 100 credits disappear at 2 different times!
So far this app shows that I have messages but when I click into its just my message I sent...if this gets fixed I'll change my review
Can't log in. Tells me app is still in development stage. I hoped my phone chat password and account would be enough. So far...useless
Horrible, I can't log in. Can't get email to reset password. Don't waist your time with this one.
bad, the only people who texted or replied were scammers who asked for my personal info.

I've had major issues with the app after only using it for three to four weeks. App would not let me log in. Finally tech support deleted my account and I set up a new one to only have the same problem. Have called numerous times and not getting resolution. Last time I called representative was very rude. No one seems to care, cannot get help to resolve problem for good. I've set up whole new profile and once it was completed again can't log in and all it does is bring me back to log in screen.
