Quest Diagnostics Events

Spot me needs to go. Used it no problems at all for the last couple years. Almost every draw I have had was with you guys& you keep the results. I can't Log in without that spitme App hijacking it. I'm disabled& part is Cognative. It's beyond frustrating. The my chart app eventually puts the results up, but believe that is actually done by a person. I am very curious to see my new results& do not like not being able to see and compare the older labs.

Today at Quest it was so confusing 😕 and packed with a father and his 5 kids. They all had to get blood drawn.You could hear the youngest child screaming her head off. But all the techs are quick. I am always in and out quick, but that's after they call me back.

If there was a spot to make a zero I would mark that one...this app sucks, it worked fine for about 2 years that I had it but now I can't even get in. The day I changed my password I was able to finally get in but a couple of weeks later I can't get in again! You guys SUCK‼How many more people have to tell you guys to fix the STUPID THING⁉️

I can't log in and can't get help. It says to login with last name not login ID. Tried that and login credentials several times and did not work. Support is useless.

BEWARE..this is not the app for the Blood testing Quest. I have it on my android phone, but not showing up here. This looks like a meeting scheduling app. Very bad business that they use the same name.

Horrible i registed from my i get a 1004 error message. What surprises me more is all the one star respones. But not one answer from the web sitetrying to find out what's wrong. The two people thatlike it great. Iam sure that Quest centers are run better than this web site

Terrible......can't even log on......takes you to a third-party app every time. I can log on with a password and username in Quest website, no problem. But, not here!!

This is terrible have app on android phone got it ok. I'm trying to get it on my android pad 3 times it says invalid email. Didn't even put my email in just last name and password. Please look into this.

Terrible. Installed app and tried to install. Activation failed message then clicked support. Support was a chat room that announced that they were closed until tomorrow. Pee poor application.

Very frustrating...tried today for 45 minutes to make an appointment, only to finally call tnrough. Change your format.

Downloaded the latest version and got a message that I need to upgrade the app. Quest has no idea what they're doing

Won't open when correct login and password are typed in. It says invalid. Please fix!!!

This is where I go when my Dr sends me for a blood test. It is located in Yucaipa CA. The ladies who work here are friendly and kind. Most important is that they can take blood without bruising me. It is the only quest that I go to.

Great app to get all of your information and be able to make appointment because you have to book so far out with Quest.
