Versions and translations. We have more than 300 Bible versions in multiple languages available. Just download them once, and it will all be available for offline reading.
Search. Find words and phrases quickly with advanced search features.
Compare. Read two versions on a side-by-side split screen. Show different translations of a verse in one screen for detailed study.
Cross References. Find related verses like quotations, parallels, and similar texts (for some Bible versions).
Notes. Write your personal notes for any verse that you select. Reference other verses in your notes and you'll be able to tap on them to access those verses.
History of Recent Verses. Contains the list of verses opened recently. Touch and hold on the verse reference button to access it.
Bookmarks, Labels, Pins, and Highlights. Mark the verses that you have read with colorful markers. Continue reading from your last read verse without getting lost. Make your own topical system using labels and bookmaks.
Sync. Make sure your bookmarks, personal notes, highlights, and labels are safe by activating Sync. With Sync, if you have multiple devices, your data will be accessible and kept updated on all devices.
Copy and Share Verses. You can copy selected verses to the clipboard, or share them to any app that is installed on your device.
Daily Devotions. Read the daily devotions and deepen your knowledge of God.
Reading Plan. Choose from one of the many reading plans, and read the Bible in a year, or 2 years, or several months. You can even create one yourself.
Song Books. Lyrics from various song books or hymnals are available for download. Press "Play" to start listening to the music when online.*
Display Settings. Appearance of the Bible text can be customized to your liking. Font, text size, color, background, line spacing, and more. Night mode and full screen mode are also available.
Widget. Get refreshments from choice verses every day by putting widgets on the home screen.

I've been using this app for over 6years. And not just me; two of my brother's as well. I've changed phone's like 4times but I keep finding a way to get Quick Bible back. The 'straight-forward-ness' is so sweet. Not too many clutters/menus/options. I guess sometimes lesser features is attractive. I agree it could use a few more contemporary versions; I don't understand the intecracies of that (probably legal or licencing barriers), but the versions present works for me just fine!
It would be perfect if you added an audio bible or text to speach option. Other than that it's reliable and offline, has highlights, notes, many transalations, a song book option, a devotional option, several reading plans, background and text coloring, book marks, night mode, text coping, a bible search, sync so you can have it set up on to devices at once and split mode so you can read in to versions at once.
To me is the best Bible App I've ever seen. I always recommend it for everyone who wants to study the Bible. Quick Bible is really quick and very easy to navigate. It doesn't give stress in anyway. I will only want you to upgrade it, add more versions like RSV and NRSV. If there's no upgrade and no additional versions, I will still always give it my five stars.
The easiest Bible app I've ever used and conveniently ad free. Getting straight to the point, it's the best. Don't ever remove the option to backup on external or internal memory please. It's one of the reasons Quick Bible is the best. And keep the updates trickling in.
The best Bible app! I tried many apps; this is the best one: 1) Easy to navigate, 2) easy search of passaage, 3) multi-language: can choose a version to read or can highlight a verse and compare it's translation/ meaning in all installed languages, 4) can highlight favorite verses with different colors (can use one color for one study, another color for another study), 5) can take notes, put bookmarks, and many more benefits.
This app is hands down the best, however since getting a new phone (Galaxy A71 5G) it no longer updates the verses with the widgets everyday, and I cannot manually change the verses with the widget either. Hope its a fixable problem. 🤷♀️ thanks and God bless you.
I have been using this app for years and it has overruled all other Bible apps. Quick navigation makes it easy for church, quick look up searches for words and phrases, easy to install any version you want. Easy share feature. You can't ask for any better than this! If you don't have it already don't hesitate, download it now! :)
Am thrilled w/this app! It's all that I wanted - and nothing I didn't want - no ads, no data-eating graphic frills, no extras pushed... just the Bible. VERY user-friendly and adjustable to personal preference. Esp for anyone w/vision issues - I now am able to 7read Scripture for HOURS instead of minutes, thx to Quick Bible.
This is the best Bible app so far. A fantastic app that makes navigation from one book to the other, one chapter to the other and one verse to the other super easy. Besides, the search engine is great. Keep it up, please. P.S: Please, REMOVE THOSE OLD AND CONFUSING ENGLISH VERSIONS to make room for POPULAR TRANSLATIONS IN MODERN ENGLISH such as the Amplified Classic, NKJV, NLT, GNT, TPT, plus Swahili. When this is done I will take my rating back to five stars. Thanks and kudos.
I have used this on my android for years and found it the best app for Bible study along with other materials. Owing to circumstances I’ve had to switch to iPhone. Oh how I miss my Quick Bible! Please please please make this available to the Apple App Store. I typically don’t pay for apps but this definitely would be the exception. I have not found an app to compare.
Great bible app. Has the normal features and lots of versions. By default, the app downloads chapters as you switch to them, but you can download the bible for offline reading. No ads, no nonsense that slows you down or distracts you. No requirement to sign in. Just the bible that you downloaded the app to read.
This is an amazing app, several translations, easy to learn and use, everything works. I really miss it now that I am using an Apple phone. I can't find anything equivalent for Apple or Windows.
They made a good improve in this app. I also would like to see more options in full screen mode, like to select the verses, chapter and books, without going out from fullscreen mode. Night mode to be changed automatically. To customize the door of the status bar.
A great app. However when I try to load more versions, not many of them work. I have just loaded onto a new phone. Where are the alternative versions stored? They used to be in " bible" " and" directory but this does not show. Samsung A30 android version 10.
Easy to use and very fast. It downloads the Bible versions locally, which is great. I enjoy the wide selection of "free" translations that are available. The map and other functions are also very useful. Thanks! God bless!
Love this app! Doesn't use internet after installed. Can change the font size, colors, ashore, highlight, and add notes. Very easy to use. Do wish it had audio, but it's still the best Bible app I've used.
Free/libre open-source bible reader with a polished interface and dozens of free English translations. In particular, the World English Bible (WEB) works very well with this app. Missing many modern translations due to copyright, but the app can import any Bible version you have the right file for.
I rate this 5star. Since i have been using this more than 5years now, it gives no issue, ads free, easy to use. The only thing i want the developer to work more on is more english versions for those of us that like to shuttle between some standard versions.
This app is wonderful!!! But there used to be a lot more English speaking Bibles offered! NOW, the selection is much more limited! I'd especially like to be able to read the New King James Version, but it's no longer offered.
The best Bible app by far! It's FAST and thoughtfully designed. I've used it through probably 5 phones. Works perfectly without an internet connection. You can even make your own Bible reading plans and share them or install translations from your SD card. Note: Translations are often legally restricted; don't blame app developers. You can download them yourself.
I really like this program. It is fast, simple, and accurate. It doesn't require data or wifi (other than to download translations) and doesn't have any ads.
Indeed, this app is so cool. Wow, one of the best of apps I have ever used. So fast and just found this: Incase you want a different version not in the app, download example ESV.yes and add it to the versions.

The search function is usless. I doesn't find most of the time what you are searching. A word for example should be easy to find but something is wrong with the search function
Excellent App!!! A simple and clean Bible app with great features and screen customization options!!! It is unfortunate that NASB, AMP, ESV, NKJV, NIV, and NLT translations are not available per copyright issues. Thank you for this app!!!
An incredible Bible app! I have never seen a Bible app with that quick search engine! This apps search engine is faster than light! I also love the highlight themes, very beautiful. God bless you handsomely.
I couldn't be happier with this app if I tried. I've even had tons of fun adapting translations in my language for it, and even using the functionality to include a translation with a Bible commentary as footnotes embedded in the text. Quick Bible is fast, easy to use, very complete, free, ad-free, and very customizable. I recommend it so much I'm even going to teach how to use it at a theologian's congress next month. Really, kudos to the developers. The only thing it's missing, and that I'd love to see included, is a way to import dictionaries and link words to dictionary entries.
