Great always used this app and then some sort of update happened and my old one stayed in "delivery settings" or whatever and then the new app wasn't able to download because I still had the original app on my phone that brought me to this screen. So I deleted it and was left with nothing🙄🙄🙄

Every order is delivered around the 2 and 1/2 hour mark. The problem is the order is placed right away and made and the your delivery driver changes to a diffrent person and then again. All while your foods sitting there getting cold. Then 2 hours later someone picks up the yesterdays leftovers that they call your order and deliver you cold food thats just been left out. This hawaii's attempt at pocketing money from apps like DoorDash or PostMates. Overpriced fees. And non adjustable tips.

How do i give ZERO stars? Gave me the complete wrong order and reading the refund policy said they aren't obligated to give a refund even if there was an error in the order. I usually like ordering with them because its the only service that delivers to my address and I've never had a problem with it until now they NEED to change their refund policy as its completly unfair especially if you recieve the COMPLETE wrong order

What idiot designed this app? The lower menu bar covers up the button needed to submit your address! App is pretty useless if I can't save an address isn't it?!

doesnt work right need to fix the bug when I put take out and select a time it actually saves the time and not cancels it out every time

This app is horrible. it worked once and just stop. wont let me sign in or anything. needs an update

Takes hours for your cold food to arrive. Not worth the $10 they charge for delivery.

Driver had 4 orders at one time. I live less than a mile and was the last to get my food. Not a fan of eating cold food.

Was able to have food delivered, then once the update happened I cant use the service at all

App is completely broken. Won't allow me to input my address.

Most lamest app there is! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! DOES NOT WORK! This stupid app wouldn't let me input my address! WORST APP EVER!!! You have been warned!

Not terrible, but why do I have to wait an hour and a half for my food? Why does a pizza cost $50? And why when it says my food is ready is the driver not there?

service fee and delivery fee are too expensive

They brought my food 30 min late. And the delivery guy was rude and saying it wasnt his fault. On top of that, he knocked on the door again after i closed the door. Then he threatend me by saying that he lives around where i live and he knows where i live. He was yelling as if he was mad that he messed it up. Terrible service. Terrible people. The reason why i write this on here its because i complained but they dont even respond and dont care.

They are wonderful. Had a snafu with my order and they were super awesome and quick to make it right. Awesome customer service!!! Highly recommend.

The fees are no worse nor any better than other services. They seem inline with the others. Though I think it would be nice to let customers rate the restaurants in the app.

Drivers. are fast.. you can schedule the time to deliver your food. So much restaurant to choose from. And list is growing.

I'm trying to use a tablet and it won't let me check out

I tried to use the coupon code we received in the mail, but it wouldn't let us. It said it expired but nowhere on the mailing was there a date to use by.

They say free delivery but when u order they add 5.99 onto the order and then sales tax is and extra $5-10 it's a waste of time and ridiculous

They charge a 9.99 delivery fee, i can understand 5 or 6 but 10 is way too much

Dont use them they mess up your order. Order directly to the restaurant and pick up would be better.
