Quick measure
- Distance Measurement : Measure the distance between the camera and the aiming point
- Area Measuremnet : Measure length, width and area of square-shaped plane when rectangular shape has been aimed, and it measures radius and area of circular plane when circular shape has been aimed.
- 3D Measurement : Measure the longest axis of each length, width, and height of 3D object.
- Length Measurement : Measure the length between two manually specified points.
The provided App service is supported only on equipped with ToF Sensor and the following permissions are required.
Optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed

To the programers:definitely has some kinks & bugs that need to be worked out. When app works, I've only been successful once & w/ nothing I was actually trying to measure, is pretty cool but 1/5 times is horrible odds. Note10+ when app is launched all it does is displays a tutorial which indicates (demonstrates what the user should do to obtain a measurement) to scan area but nothing more. The app also just closes out. If it worked it wld be a handy app especially when eyeballing wont cut it
Works way better that I was expecting. Measured my 15.6" laptop screen from 4 feet away as being 15.5". Results definitely very on the surface being measured however that more of a issue with TOF not the app. Make sure your are in a well lit area and avoid black of reflective surfaces like the app tells you and you shouldn't have any issues.
Not an app one would imagine is very useful but when you're trying to measure for new furniture it's perfect! Some are worried about access to camera and photo gallery. If it doesn't have access to this it can't use the camera to measure and it can't take an image of the measurement. Some people are so dumb. lol
Abysmal. Don't even try to use this, it just ends in frustration. It's like Samsung took all the worst ways to approximate distance and combined them into one sub quality app. Expect to constantly see the words "couldn't detect distance" regardless of your environment.
Neat little measuring tool! I'm not sure it's 100% as accurate as a tape measure, though. it also can't measure anything dark in color, so hopefully that can be fixed. But still pretty nice to have when you need it!
Very bad. Hard to use. Jumping everywhere, not staying on the point or area. Sudden boxes are coming up with random measures... And more importantly it took my credit card details and have no idea how to cancel this whole thing.
Open the app and the camera flashes on and then immediately back off, screen stays black and that's it. It tells you to move the camera around but nothing works. I've gotten to use it one time and when I did use it, it worked well, but now its broken.
Totally useless app! It doesn't work unless it has access to my photos, video or music files! Why? It's for measuring, not taking photos, video or playing music! I have a proper dedicated stand alone laser measuring device, that doesn't need access to photos, video or music.
Horrible. It requires the camera to measure an item but can't focus on anything, so no measurements be taken. Doesn't display a ruler on the screen to simply hold up next to an object. Definitely not quick! Another loser Samsung app.
This is an somewhat useful app, only improvements would be 60 fps viewfinder and smoother animations with haptics. Edit: Instantly crashes when you click the add pount button on Samsung Note 10+
Dissatisfied. This app used to work perfectly, but has developed. Decides what it wants to measure: how close it needs to be; wat angles it like. When you can get it to work, it will take take measurements, but doing so, drastically inaccurately. Please fix.
This app causes the phone to heat up within a short period of time. To the point where the phone alerts you that it is going to over heat and the app will close.
Unable to use the app on my galaxy note 10+. Phone freezes and displays a black screen. Can exit app after a few seconds and force close it.
It worked at 1stbut then stopped. Tried EVERYTHING to no avail. So am trying to uninstall & install again. Hope it works.
Not very reliable for accuracy. Most times doesnt load up so that you can take measurements. move phone around for 5 minutes for nothing to happen.
No longer works. Inaccurate & app closes in the middle of trying to get measurement. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a measurement app.
Samsung Note 10+, this app use to work but crashes when adding a point. To fix uninstall the app and reinstall.
DON'T UPDATE! WAS GREAT UNTIL LAST UPDATE, NOW OFTEN CANT GET PAST THE SCAN AREA AROUND YOU MESSAGE, whatever they changed took a nice feature/app and broke it. Tried downloading an apk of the last version but it won't install ☹️
It works surprisingly well. It is not perfect but it does give you a pretty good idea in a pinch. Definitely nice to have installed in the off chance you need to measure something on the fly.
completely useless. has a hard time aquiring objects and loses focus at any light level. access to pics in gallery pointless as it won't do anything with them
Completely useless. It came with the phone as a bunch of bloat and didn't even work correctly. Uninstalling right now!!!
I Uninstalled this after I watched my data useage skyrocket. I researched and found it sent 7gb of data over a weeks period. Something fishy there!
not accurate at all. The distance changes with the colours of the objects even though they're the same distance away
The meausrements are highly innacurate. My tv is 65in but the app said its 43in. Also the app keeps loosing where I put a pinmark, so I have to start again
Very handy application. You can measure wall or television or whatever You want to measure. If Your phone is compatible.
when the app works it's great, however when launched and the "scan the area around you" prompt will not go away. I'm tried pressing all over the screen, changing light settings etc and it stays on. On occasion it'll go away and then i can use the app as intended. Please add an "ok" button or just remove the prompt after the first time opening it. Otherwise it's useless since it cannot be used. If there's a way to remove the prompt please let me know.
