App remains the same from a few years ago. Notification button never validates the seen notifications. Had refund issues in the past and they have continued. Bugs everywhere. Recently got charged for a ride which the driver accepted, but immediately afterwards showed completed status. I had not even boarded the car yet it deducted the money and ride status showed as completed. On contacting Quickride, folks there blamed me saying please don't change your plans if you are planning to take a ride!
Quickride is now my one stop solution for all major travels where I need to hire cabs. The drivers are very professional, courteous and make you feel at home. The vehicles are maintained well and there is always a personalized touch to make the experience memorable. Kudos to the entire Quickride team for always making my "quick" rides so comfortable !
The airport pick up and drop service from residential complex in Bangalore is excellent (Through MyGate / ApnaComplex). Have used it multiple times and they are always on / before time. The cabs are neat and clean and the drivers are very well behaved and polite. Even the customer service is very prompt and supportive and will always try to resolve your concerns. All in all I have switched from the horrible services of Ola / Uber to and from BLR airport. Keep up the good work Quick Ride team.
Although I like app as I usually get ride without driver cancelling it after asking destination . Taxi Rides usually have wait of more than 30 min. Even if taxi is only 10 min away. Sometimes taxi driver donot move for 10 min. Other times he was too confused to watch Google map and come directly. Other time he was too far off.
Everything is good with these guys. Driver reported almost 20 minutes before time and waited patiently. Well mannered driver who assisted in loading heavy luggage in to the taxi, drove carefully to airport with airconditioner switched on. Didn't use the phone even once during 90 minute drive. Their services are much better than Ola and Uber. Try once and then you'll realise the difference. I recommend QUICKRIDE CABS to anyone who require cab services in Hyderabad
Worst and confusing UI/UI ever Can't find how much I have to pay for the ride after struggle much I found that the you have to pay by points not in currency Although 1 point is equivalent to 1 rupee Can't know if the payment is deducted or not after struggling much I found that payment deducted as soon as you join any pool without even check-in or take the ride. Can't get refund for auto debit amount in same payment method they refund in wallet as points which no one can ever use Pathetic
Nice app, its made travel easy and surely there should be some amount of traffic reduction due to this app. still there are improvements which can be made, if any one unjoins the ride that record is not clear, many a time we get confused if they have unjoined or its not updated, basicalky history can be more strong. Ride route editting is little difficult and few of such minor features should be more strong
Concept of app is good.but this app needs a lot of update and bug fixes. Its also too slow and not works properly. If you will improve you app then a good number of consumers cn use it and know abt it. Intention and concept wise perfect but the app should be improve. Needs lot of improvment and bug fixes. Please tell your tech team to do that.
I am pissed off with multiple updates within a week. Whenever I open the app, it asks for update and cannot run with older version. I need to book a taxi, I open the app, it asks for update and provided VERY HIGH SPEED MOBILE data, it takes ages to download.
very bad experience in search for ride, If no match is found then you have to clear your previous search first, then only you will be able to search for the ride again by changing time, and time also doesn't gets changed easily, I would suggest Quickride to fix this
Excellent concept. Quick ride is a boon for office goers. My only issue is with the app, which seems sluggish and in finding it difficult to mark my pick up point on the maps.
Super cool app. It's a great way to reduce traffic, cost effective and utilise available seats , meet new people and make friends. Must Appreciate QR team, Recommending everyone to use it and reduce vehicles on road. "Sharing is caring".
DO NOT ADD STOPS on their rides. They will charge you the increased fare without updating the driver's interface . Most of their drivers are pretty rude & untrained & often the ones rejected by larger cab aggregators. DO NOT USE THIS APP IF YOU ARE A WOMAN TRAVELING ALONE . I learnt this the hard way on booking a cab with them for my wife.
One of the worst app in current time. They will mention charge lower, But in real you will be charged higher. No response over customer complains. iI raised three queries , But they did not respond and every time I have been charged extra and that is not 10 or 15 , but more than 100/= . Never ever try this app.
Worst app. I booked a ride. It was cancelled by the host, my money was deducted and when I asked for refund it was denied by the host... I never took the ride.. it's a scam you have to pay money for nothing. Never use it better opt for any thing else so that you are not conned.
It has been an enjoyable experience using Quick Ride. This app works on the principle on helping each other. The rider who pays the ride giver. The rider gets a vehicle to travel whereas the ride giver earns a fee which helps the ride giver for the fuel. A win win situation for both. Requires a helping attitude though.
This one star rating is for cab booking service of quickride. Generally cab won't come even after pre-booking days in advance. The route shown in the app is also not updated.
They are very good for carpool and airport taxi. Everything else is useless. Once they called up 10 mins before my pick up time they don't have a taxi available for a booking done anday prior to the railway station. I had to rush to the station
Quick Ride Airport RIDE is a great experience . Recommend to all for a hassle free Ride . This is the Best concept and well executed , All need to get into Quick Share to reduce vehicles on the road easing congestion, reducing pollution and of course the Dollar bills for our country . Have not used for carpool, but have used their taxi services. What is exemplary is their professionalism and thir customer support. Would highly recommend them for all your local taxi needs. They rates are less compared to competition as well.
Taxi ride usually shows low fare initially without surge pricing but after ride is over, an additional amount is debited from wallet. This has happened multiple times with me. Hence rating it 1 star for fooling customers.
Very good experience. Lot of differentiators compared to ola and uber 1. Personalized service unlike others 2. Safe and secure - an executive is always a there to reach out 3. Convenience - even if change of driver happens, customer is updated 4. No ride cancellation unlike ola uber 5. Pay later - no need to pay immediately at trip end One point of improvement - please keep cleanliness, hygenie and santization of cars and also have regular fleet check to know about condition of cars. I am very much pleased with quickride service in chennai airport pickup. They are doing very good and charged less price wrt other cab services. It will be my frst preference in future as well.
So far so good. Quick ride provides us with affordable rides for long distances. I wish the quality of the service remains the same and they could provide coupons for regular travellers
The Best App i have seen so far. Just one snag is If I call the Ride Taker , it gets routed through the Call centre and it does not get connected. Rest everything's fine..
Without direct public transporation and huge taxi prices made my office journey really tough. Quick ride is a saver here interms of time, money, good company to enjoy the ride. It gave a different face for my office commutaion.
Has a tendency to cancel the rides by itself, and i am getting the same request every time I open the app, which I had rejected.
Driving vehicle,driver and system of scheduling taxi as advance booking is too good..and finally without any surge pricing is awesome
This is a wonderful initiative for reducing the pollution and vehicles on the road. It is a wonderful platform to connect with good people too. This has made travelling very convenient and ecologically sustainable. It is cheaper in comparison to other taxi service provider. Customer service is also better then the other ones. Overall I would ask everyone to try it atleast once.
