Quick Torch

It only works with the app open and all it does is make my screen light up white. The flashlight doesn't work at all.... Lame. Uninstalled....

It turns off when i turn off the screen(oreo). When i turn screen on the icon is in ON state whereas the torch is off

I never ever rate things but i love this app so freaking much that it deserves its own review. Love that it's added onto the qslide. I used the ok google thing to turn the flashlight on in my lg g3 but it needs data to do that. Such a hassle. This is awesome and i love that it advertises how it doesnt take your info or anything. Hahah so perfect (:

The blurb claims it takes up 192K (which seemed bloated already) but it really takes up 420K. That's nearing half a megabyte to toggle a LED! Why mislead us over the size? As others pointed out, the screen stays lit when the LED is on which makes your pupils constrict thus reducing the effect of the LED's light. You can tap your power button to blank your screen but then you need to login using your pin or swipepattern to turn it back off. Really needs a "black dim screen" when the LED is on. It is fast tho

Based on user comments, I expected a flashlight / torch that would work the same as the native flashlight. It should turn on/off the light on the back side of my phone. In my case, all the app does is to make the screen white, with no effect on the little bright light :-( I uninstalled and reinstalled, same effect. There are no options that I can find. However this thing works, it isn't apparent to me. At all!

I enjoy this app a lot, especially since it has it's own QSlide variation. Now, the small issue is that for some reason the app shows twice in both the app drawer and the QSlide drawer. This is corrected by "uninstalling" one of the 2 apps, but this should not happen to begin with.

Got a new phone, and was looking for a torch app. Saw this one and just from its looks I decided I would check it out, half expecting it to be made by a trill homie who doesn't ask for permissions he doesn't need. What do you know, my premonition was right.

Would give it a higher rating, but i downloaded this to have a light that works through qslide. The icon in qslide opens a separate window that you have to press again, thus rendering the qslide pointless as it takes as many presses to unlock your phone and press a widget on the home screen. Would be perfect if the qslide icon turns on the light without having an extra window open.

Widget acts like a widget, unlike the other ones where they still open the whole app. This one is simple, absolutely perfect.

This app is slow. There is lag between you turning on the light. This has been the same over the 3 different devices I've tried the app on. Y U NO TELL THE TRUTH.

Simple. The fastest one so far. The only thing I wished for is that the torch is on upon opening the app. If it did I would give it 5 stars.

My only critique is that I wish the app didn't actually open up to activate the light, I would prefer just the icon to change colors to show activation and be a true widget, not an app, so to speak. Still, I like how it works even though I switch to the lock screen.

I like that it's available from the QSlide menu, but it doesn't turn on the flash on my phone.

Light turns off after a random period of time between 1 second and 10 minutes. Impossible to predict. Why can't it just turn the LED on, and then leave it on? Also, notification stays even after the light is off. Most of the time more or less useable, if a little unfuriating. Has a widget which is nice.

All opens touch logo it changes color says torch on but nothing happens. Other torch apps work this one doesn't. I'm using a Flex 2 and want this one. Just need it to light the way

You know many flashlight apps have many pop ups or ads, but this one is simple and ad-free.

It constantly shut down by itself without me even doing anything.

I had used a BKTorch for a long time but it started developing some weird problems even after a clean install. This one works great! Pretty much does what it says. Love the widget.

It's so headache free, I appreciate the app a lot.

Unfortunately the app does not run with high enough priority and will turn itself off in mid-use and is extremely annoying, this app is incomplete and has bugs and yet the developer ran away from the responsibility of maintaining an app on the playstore not having been updated in several years now it's fallen by the wayside officially now abandonware.

Easy to use, no ad and really nice minimal icon. Excellent.

This app is almost perfect. The only thing I would like to see is for the flashlight to stay on when the screen turns off. Otherwise, the app is designed simply and beautifully. Nothing extra. Widget is beautiful as well.

Was good for a month and then stopped working. My camera also got disabled . Fixed after reboot

Had this flashlight on my LG G3. And it worked beautifully, with qslide and with the circle case. It was fantastic, and I loved it! But now I have a LG G4 and the app opens but it doesn't toggle the flashlight at all anymore

This is what I'm looking for. Now I can use the flash light even when the screen is turned off

It just works, and the widget is exactly what I was looking for. It even integrates itself into LG's. QSlide (Quick Slide).

Lovely simple UI, so many torch apps have horrible, clunky interfaces, but this one doesn't.
