Scooters in Gdansk were old and extremely beat up. Many were marked as broken. Those that were functional were few and far between. The only advantage in the city was direct credit card billing. Another company had much better scooters and many more available, however, their billing was not functional for foreigners. If it wasn't for the billing advantage it would have been a one star review.
You have to turn on localisation to use this app. Even if you don't need it. You also have to take a photo to end rental. Both things are annoying, especially if your phone battery is low. The initial fee is 3,5 PLN plus 0,5 per minute. It makes it the most expensive scooter I used. Scooters are average.
Do not recomend both pricing and the service is horrible
App is simply terrible - today, I couldn't end the rental, because taking photos from within the app just doesn't work. This resulted in 50PLN charge, until the rental was stopped by higher power. Just terrible..
Scooter stopped working in area which is not available for parking. I could not stop renting the scooter and couldn't move it either - wheel was locked and alarm started whenever I'd move it. Support is unresponsive and nobody picks up the telephone. This happened yesterday and my trip is still active. Edit: After 17 hours customer service responded that they will "exceptionally" cancel my ongoing trip and not charge me for it. Do not recommend, avoid this scooter vendor!
Bad designed system costs users money. Scooter doesn't tell you if you're close to the area border and moreover turns off when you're far outside the area. When it turns off it's impossible to just ride it back and application doesn't say any hint for the situation. Taking one more ride, which costs money for start? Or leaving scooter and getting a huge penalty? What the heck? How am I supposed to remember all the area borders on my way to avoid them?
I just got scammed, the app keeps telling me that I need to add a card in order to start the ride, however there's funds in my in-app wallet. It won't let me ride, even though I have already charged my wallet so that I could ride. I doubt that I'll be getting any kind of refund, they probably just want my card info, that's all. Bunch of scammers.
No way of reaching tech support beside a chat window that stays unanswered. After submitting a form online, there is no confirmation email about receiving my message. I have no way of knowing whether my issue will be resolved. Overall, bad customer experience.
This app was not able to take a picture of a parked scooter, so my wallet was drained as I was not able to end my rental. My phone is Google pixel 4a, all updated, camera permission was granted. I was robbed today with this app, so I'd say i would not recommend.
This app is so cringeworthy bad it is almost entertaining... almost. Whoever put money into this should reconsider their life choices. Impossible to even register an account but it is such garbage beforehand that it doesn't matter because no sane person would ever enter their payment information into this. Also I am pretty sure it is illegal to force the user to accept usage terms which are completely unreadable even on a high resolution screen.
Dishonest system, will fast charge you more for any mistake but offers zero customer support! Today I try to book a day plan so it was not working how convinient for them they can make more money! Also very bad designed App, hard to find out how to how to end ride!
Terrible app! I lost 50pln today because end ride didn't work in the app. I tried contacting quick support team on phone, email. But no one responded. This is daylight robbery!
Terrible app. Keeps charging for not correct parking where I park with other scooters no problem. Tried this 3 times also around other scooters and I always got changed extra. This is a scam.
The app stole 4pln from my wallet for renting a scooter that did not work. Reporting a malfunction did not work either. Guess trying to get a refund would be as useless as trying to use the scooter in the first place. Waste of time and money.
Scooter abruptly stopped in the middle of a road crossing! This is a health and safety hazard! Also it's pretty expensive - 5.50 PLN for 580 meters. I've seen taxis cheaper than this.
Started a ride but the scooter didn't unlock no matter what I did. The app still pulled money from my debit card and I never got them back even though I contacted them.
The service is terrible. I tried 3 scooters none of them worked. The app is also needs lot of improvement.
Awful app, tried in 2 different cities and neither time would the app load my card details, it just says loading for ages.
I use this allocation 1 month around and when i used every time i returned on sport plave but they always fine 3 żółty beacuse they write i didn't returned.... This is not good every time the same reason.. I ask people never use this..
No option to register to use with UK number ++44. I'm in Poland just now. I can use Lime as registration is with email address.

The scooters were broken, contacted support two months and two weeks ago, no answer.
You would think that for the electrical scooter provider with the most units in town, quick's app would at least be functional, but you would be mistaken. If I had to count the grammatical errors in this app alone I would get lost and have to start over at least 7 times. The menu names and the UI are depressing to look at, while the main focus of the application - the map - barely works half the time. Scanning scooter QRs hardly ever does the job right as well, and this isn't even the half of it
