QuickBend: Conduit Bending
QuickBend is an advanced conduit bending calculator that was created to be fast and accurate while being visually appealing, innovative, and intuitive. Offering you the most accurate measurements using the centerline radius algorithm based upon the bender that you're using.
Easily select between different types of benders and choose the size of the shoe and conduit type that you're using. The last bender that you selected will be the bender that appears when you open the app up again. See and edit your bender's information (Centerline Radius, Deduct, Gain, Setback, Travel, and Radius Adjustment) within the 'Bender Specs' section.
Bends also include data management, which will save the last values that you've entered into the app.

QuickBend also includes a protractor level which is easily accessible and can be Zeroed by a simple tap.
QuickBend allows you to pick between either form of measurements, imperial (inches) or metric (cm).
QuickBend's QuickCheck indicates if bends are impossible by a subtle change of turning the measurements and text red.
QuickBend's centerline radius algorithm is especially useful when bending conduit that is larger than 1 inch and bends that exceed 30 degrees.

The user interface is pretty rough.. the drag and slide can be sensitive and trying to hit the exact measurement is a bit tricky. Also, I selected rolling offset with an 3/4 ideal cast iron bender. Put in my height and roll but gave me ridiculous spacing between bends and doesn't tell you what degree.
I rarely pay for apps unless it's just something I have to have, so I was hesitant to say the least. But after the first stick of emt I used with this app (which was a 6in rolling offset to a 90 with another 3 inch offset not to mention the box offsets) this app was flawless...
The app works great, I was a bit hesitant to buy it at first, but it soon made me a believer. We all know that the deducts of older side winders or on any bender fades over time, this app has them all down and it has the travel measurements too!.. it also works if you have no signal.
Top notch bending app 👌 Everything you need, nothing you don't. Nice clean layout. Well worth the one-time cost. Thank you for adding the "favorite benders" feature, that will save lots of time.
App works great. I don't bend conduit every day so I don't have all the formulas memorized. This app was right on the money for parallel staggered 90s and 4 point saddles were a breeze with the pre-calculations. 2 thumbs up.
Great app; definitely a lot more intuitive than other conduit bending apps! Only reason for the 4/5 stars is because you can't enter numerical input very easily for higher numbers (hate having to press "+5" 15 times just to get a single input of 75)
Appears to be pretty complete, but only a small number of hand benders are supported and it is not clear how to adapt to one not in the list. Further, the listed website and email addresses are bogus - no such account.
It's been useful to an extent so far, I don't concern myself with offsets & such as that however but mostly downloaded the app for segmented 90s & I had a tank that had a nominal diameter of 338inches & when I divide by 2 to get the radius it's too high , the app only goes up to 120" radius max unless there's something I'm missing? Using standard greenlee smart bender but wish they could remove the cap. My coworker has the same app ,looks slightly different & doesn't have the cap why ?
I'm an industrial electrician, I haven't had to make a segmented or consecutive bend before. I had a stick of 1" RMC and need a 180° bend 26" diameter at a height of 2'. I set up a greenlee 555 for the job and tested the bend on a stick of 3/4 IMC as a test "Didn't have many 1" sticks". Needless to say I forgot to switch to 3/4 for the greenlee so my deduct was 2" off. But the diameter was great.
I personally would love this app, if it were accurate. When you want to do a 30° offset it's measurements between bends is off. So taking that into account I have a high distrust with the app. Sadly
This app is a game changer! I always new what I needed to do but had a hard time with the forumuals . This app does all the math and is accurate!!
Great bending app! Some improvements would be to add the Southwire electric bender the the benders available as well as telling you pipe direction on your bends with a hand bender. This app is easy to use and makes the job easier
I just got this app and it had a little glitch but it's fine now looking over the app I like it I never get a chance to use it yet because it's on Saturday I will use it on Monday and I will give you my second opinion that's why I give it a four-star . local 1186 can you tell me what's the difference between red number and blue number and also why doesn't his app have different degree for example 25 26 27 degree and so forth
Very helpful! I have done residential wiring for years but never worked with EMT. Bought a Milwaukee iron head bender and watched a few YouTube videos beforehand. This app was recommended and it works perfectly with my bender...first job looks great and this app helped a lot.
App seams a bit "clunky". The interface could be a lot easier. Also, the reason I purchased this app was for back to back 90° bends which is not a function!?
Typically accurate, but the two shot segmented bend radius calculation is very wrong. Had to hand calculate. I bought the app to speed things along by not having to hand calculate
Using this and a digital protractor will make you look like you spent your entire career running a 555. Way more accurate than the 555 charts especially on offsets. Really cuts down on waste knowing how close you are able to space bends beforehand.
Who bends at 15 degrees? Thats not even on most (if not all) hand benders! Its 10, 22 1/2, 30, 45, 90. NOT 15, 22 1/2, and so on. Thats pretty annoying. And can we at least have a guide somewhere on how to use your app? At this moment youre just leaving everyone to figure things out on their own. Other than that i guess this is an alright app.
I had the free version of this app on my old Galaxy S5 and it worked great! I just upgraded my phone and didn't think twice about supporting this app buy paying for it. Great job!
Great app so far my only complaint is that the protractor does not work. It glitches out and I cannot zero it out. Any help on this would be great. Thanks ,Chris L.U. 453
The math is incorrect for kick 90s when using hand benders, specifically ideal aluminum benders. Always shy of what the kick needs to be when bend to exact degree specified
I use this and EWP, this has a unique feature or 2 which I use. I will ONLY own "tough" phones, and I stay clear of apple, so I don't know how this compares to "i Bend pipe".
Great except always check your deduct. The app calculates it wrong almost everytime for some reason. 3/4" EMT: 6" deduct. 3/4" IMC: 8" deduct. Dumbass app is saying a need a 9 11/16" deduct for a 3/4" EMT 90.....that's garbage.
I used to have to do all the math in my head, this application has opened that part of my mind for other information to occupy. Thanks for an amazing application that REALLY WORKS!

This is a fantastic app. Years ago I made a chart for all the benders I've used on the job which included info about the start of bend, the centerline radius, the deductions and the minimum distance from the end of conduit to the shoe. It also had the formula for the developed length of a bend. I don't have to use that chart anymore. This app does it for me.
