QuickChek Deals

App doesn't function properly. The rewards program is good and all but the app is terrible. Every time I try to look at the FAQs or anything that would send me to another link it says browser not detected. That's a low level coding fix and QuickChek got ripped off by the company that made their app

Doesn't work even let me sign up. It just sticks on the sign up page, everything done right. No email, text nada and account not working either. Facebook login doesn't work cuz FB DOESN'T SUPPORT QC BROWSER LOGIN!! FIX THIS.

Was a pretty decent app at first, but then they trick you after a while. Almost nothing is eligible for rewards points, or the advertised free item is never in stock until the day after the deal making it free expires. And instead of letting you decide how and when it's convenient for you to use you rewards, they automatically use it when they choose. Pretty disappointing.

This app has nothing but problems. I deleted months ago because everytime I made a purchase it didn't recognize my phone number.I just recently installed it and it still doesn't my number. I have to have my phone with me and have the cashier scan the barcode.

First, they changed from the old app. Never bothered to tell you that you have to sign up again. Instructions make it easier! Second, the only way I can get to work more than twice in a row is to reinstall it, constantly. My phone isn't that old (only 2-3 years) but really, do I have to do this? No results for emailing their tech support. Upgraded early February, still doesn't work for me.

Nice looking app, but it crashes frequently. It took 4 tries to get through one order. Heck, it just crashed again in the background as I was writing this. If they get it stable, I'll upgrade my stars but right now it is very frustrating and time-consuming to use. Edit: another star gone because it now crashes every single week.

App continuously fails to load. Always stuck at the startup screen. Even worse: you go to the store and the clerk tells you that the "system" isn't working and you don't get credit in the app for your shopping trip. You cannot add a receipt manually if you forget to use your ID number or the cash register fails to connect with the "system". Absolutely frustrating!!

The app froze the first time I attempted to use it, then I looked at the reviews and saw that everybody else seems to have the same problems, I have no choice but to uninstall this app. I reinstalled it, but now it's freezing up again. Additionally, the bar code isn't scannable on the "fast" terminals (the terminals are far from "fast"), so I'm left with little reason to keep this app.

This app used to be awesome but after updating it fails to work correctly. Deals disappear before their expiration dates an app doesn't function in the store even when connected to store Wi-Fi. After uninstalling and reinstalling three separate times and pulling up deals prior to entering the store I have not been able to redeem deals. So frustrating! Store employees are unable to scan coupon from other source but know that many people have the same issue. Deleting this app.

App won't even load past the title screen. I felt bad on my birthday, how I tried getting my free cookies. Luckily, the employee was nice enough to give it to me with just the email.

2nd time within the year I've tried to enable this app to use it. Sorry, but it's a joke. Seems the frustration is widespread.

App has its problems, good on you for getting a rewards system, but it freezes a lot. Right now I'm giving it a 2 star because the app doesn't work. When I start it, it won't go to the home screen it just says quick chek. Fix it and I'll fix this. Edit, I'm giving it a one star, I cleared data and fixed the problem myself however I'm not a family member anymore, I'm a fan again. I really don't like that. I worked hard to be a family member and now I feel betrayed

Aweful doesn't begin to describe this app. Half the time it doesn't open, all I get is the splash screen. It crashes regularly. For some reason it doesn't fill in your phone number (that is in your account info) when you are placing an order. Sometimes the only way to get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall it. How about a function to pay in the app -- no ??? So I can order ahead but not pay ahead so I still have to wait on line. I can see by other reviews that I am not the only one having these problems. Does QuickCheck care ? It doesn't look that way. Unfortunately this is the only way to pre order food from them .. the website doesn't allow it Get your act in gear QuickCheck.

Now my third time downloading app and it still will not save my profile info or allow me to order from the store that is 50 yards away. For all the upcharges and price gouging QC does, I feel like this app should be flawless.

Here's the thing, I really like Quickchek. It is the definition of quality meeting convenience. Problem is, this is a review for the app not the store. And boy it's bad. Even before the "updates" I had problems. It's rewards system only catering to people who drink coffee (which I don't) and the removal of it's mini games for example. Even the nice interface is moot because the app is now just broken. It will not load no matter what I do and you will get a positive review once you fix it.

Constants glitches. When selecting items on the menu, it will allow you to place several items in your cart, then when you click [purchase], the screen just refreshes or does nothing. This has happened over 10 times to me. Terrible app and a waste of time.

I have to uninstall and reinstall every single week because it freezes. It's a horrible horrible app. I just had to do it last night and am ALREADY having to do it again. Worst app ever. *** 12/1/21, adding to my original post. FIX YOUR APP!! This is about the 11th time I've had to uninstall and reinstall. It's more than terrible. If it's this bad, make it less mb to install in the first place.

This app NEVER operates correctly. After you click the app to open, it gets stuck on their logo slide and the app doesn't go any farther. The once or twice it worked, it worked fine. But for as few and far between as that is, it's almost not worth the aggravation.

While the QuickChek app seems to offer pretty good deals/mobile coupons, this app also seems to have some major issues. Last time in store it took me over half an hour to access the mobile coupons and even then it was because after multiple attempts I deleted and reinstalled the app. It would also be great if mobile coupons could be used at self checkout lanes too.

SEPT. 2021..JUST UNISTALLED...NO UPDATE SINCE NOVEMBER 2020 ??? IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME. UNISTALL OR FORCE STOP DOES NOT FIX. IS GREAT WHEN IT WORKS BUT DOESN'T 95% OF THE TIME. Constantly having to restart or uninstall to get it to work again, losing my progress in the process. You gotta do something about this. It's more trouble than it's worth !! Seeing all the negative reviews does not send a message that maybe some app maintenance needs to be done ?????

Constantly have to Uninstall and then Reinstall the app because it constantly freezes and becomes inoperable as soon as you attempt to open it. What's the point of having an app if it won't even start up properly so you can use it? An app in the year 2021 shouldn't have this kind of problem.

There's an ongoing glitch in this app more then half of the time I can't open my rewards. Please fix the glitch.

I am a long time customer of quick check for over 10 years and I go there everyday to buy items. But the new app with all these updates and bug fixes, etc, still does not work even on my $1500 phone. This is ridiculous and inconvenience to see an awesome company like quick chek to have an app that does not work for there customers. Plus I missing out my rewards. Someone need to fix this problem immediately. I am sure I am not the only one.

Horrible app. crashed all the time. have to reinstall all the time and it's a huge hassle to try get any deals because it locks me out. It's been doing this for months. I wish it would work nicely. I really hope it gets fixed because quick chek is one of my favorite stores.
