got the app for some races we hold, works great to coordinate events and tasks and the chat feature is great so we dont have to group text. just recently everyone in the group stopped getting notifications. we have tried everything from settings within the app and through the phone so no one within the club is getting updates. We also have troubles sometimes uploading photos. other than that, app works great. easy to use
We have been using the app for several years for multiple sports teams. It was working great until about August 2019. Our push notifications stopped working so parents are not getting alerted of updates. We are also unable to upload photos anymore either. Please fix this soon or we will have to find a new app to manage our teams!
I used this app for several years with no issues. I recently upgraded my phone to a Google Pixel 4XL and now I receive NO notifications. I checked Notifications under Settings and they toggle bar is slid over to activate vibrate notifications, but nothing. On my old phone (Google Pixel 2XL) I used to get a QC logo displayed on my notification bar, along with vibration. Now there is nothing!
I've used this app no problem from Aug 2020 to Jan 2021... totally went crazy!! It deleted the new team that I created/added, it prompted me to "log out" and won't let me log back in. Error of "poor connection" when I have 5G full bars and tried with and without wifi connection.
emailing verification code and temporary code does not work. I was unable to reset password or register new account. contact us in app and store are non responsive. I will give 5 negative stars if possible. update: in profile, app allows add email address. it never works because emailing verification code never works. Most frustrated is the non existing support. I can no longer use it to check my son's soccer schedule. and google store keeps deleting my review. how that is going to help?
I keep getting an error that says it is having connection errors. I've tried through wifi and through the regular network. Tried restarting app. Nothing works.
sometimes it gives a connection error but then it works just fine. user friendly. useful features like task assignments & payment reminders & collection which i havent tried.
Failing to authenticate. Logged out and back in. Deleted and reinstalled and logged back in. Still nothing.
Difficult to navigate.

App will not let me delete members from my club. Contacted support and was told it was something they will look into fixing on next update. Newest update did not fix issue. Edit review to add star as the current update fixed the issue of not being able to remove team members. Thank you quick club support.

Password issues, doesn't stay logged in
It seemed ok at first. But then I tried to reset my password and it never worked.
So far so good, only issue I have ran into so far is my profile picture will not stay after I add it.. it will go back to original gray silhouette. We will see how rest of it goes after I get all my members to join in
After spending way too long to sign up, figured through trial and error that although the password was accepted, you couldn't "finish" without a combo letters and numbers and making it long after entering your name.
App is awesome!!!! However this morning it stopped working.. none of our members are able to get into our group in app. We cant even get logged in! We were using this app to help manage a local election campaign. App needs to fixed quickly!!!
Easy to use and is very useful for group/team communication. The RSVP feature is nice for team events such as scrimmages or parties.
The league sends out messages I see them pop up in my folder yet it says I have no messages when I actually click on the folder
Great app! I use it to communicate with my friends and family to organize large events. Convenient for organizing events where people are coming in from out of town, like family reunions.

Why is this app so glitchy! So annoying! First I stopped recieving push notifications but finally got the update for that. But now RSVPs are acting weird. I say that I'm going to an event and then it'll refresh and acts like I never even RSVPd. Now in the "Tasks" tab, it won't allow me to enter the due date for the task. What's the point of task tab if you don't have a due date for the task?? Please fix these issues!
